If we're talking about things like body blocking a pallet or window as a killer - definitely not banable and not reportable either. It's the way I play Wraith, especially blocking a window on Haddonfield for example.

If survivors are bodyblocking you on purpose that's sandbagging/griefing and reportable.
If a killer is standing to block the pallet drop interaction or whatever that's not really reportable. The killer often does it without even intentionally trying to do it. If it was reportable bodyblocking the hook as a survivor would also have to be classified as an exploit.
The only time bodyblocking is really reportable is if it's resulting in an actual hostage situation (Hatch is open, killer bodyblocks survivor in corner and goes afk) or if a survivor is bodyblocking other survivors to try and get them killed.

I was on a pallet so no not if he didn't body block, not saying he shouldn't get a hit but if he didn't block he wouldn't of got it mega early twice.

Well I can do well with him and don't rely on iridescent add one to do so, I could even play with no add one and still win so what am I missing here?

@cluedup_survivor1988 Ok. I commented earlier, but I feel that with a bit of reasoning we can make sense out of this. Let's look at the term bodyblocking, which has two meanings/interpretations. The first is when a killer chooses to stand in place or move to an area that prevents a survivor from moving around or doing anything. In this situation, the killer is taking the game hostage for this 1 survivor, and the only way they can do anything is if they dc or the killer moves. For example, if a survivor hides in a corner, and a killer walks up and finds them, but rather than hitting them, just stands there. This is bannable, as it is intentionally ruining the experience of another playing and doesn't allow them to play. Now let's look at the other interpretation. This other meaning is that a killer or survivor tactically gets in the way of their opponent to prevent them from accessing something, whether that be a pallet, window, hook, etc. The opponent can still move, but they are prevented from utilizing this interactable object that is being blocked. There are simple solutions to this; for killer, just injure the player body blocking (even though it's less than ideal, but that's kind of the point of the strategy), and if the killer bodyblocks something, you will have to run somewhere else for resources to use. I understand that this can be frusturating, but it is a genuine tactic which isn't bannable, or even considered very toxic. Hope this helps make a distinction.

You must be new, bodyblocking is indeed a bannable offense but that's not bodyblocking or what we understand in this game as bodyblocking
As we understand bodyblocking is an action that you as a survivor/killer can't do nothing about, meaning you can't move or do actions since the other side is "body blocking" you.
As an example, I am running from the killer and I find myself in a closed room, the killer could hit me to disable collison but instead of that, he blocks the entrance with their body and does nothing, then I can't escape or do anything about it.
So by definition bodyblocking is something that no matter what you do, there's nothing you can do to revert the situation. In your case, you were able to keep running to another part or to move freely that's why it doesn't fall into bodyblocking.

Ok thank you for your reasoning I get where you are coming from I just feel that doing that creates an unfair system that only the killer can take advantage of as hooks are approachable from 180 degree angles and nothing else is blockable without getting hit, I appreciate your time explaining though and makes a difference from aggressive defensive shut downs.

Hello, local Wraith Main turned Blight Main turned Wraith Main, here.
First thing's first, if you think Wraith is "a pretty good Killer", Wraith is notoriously add-on dependant in order to do well without camping hooks or anything.
Now, onto my point.
Wraith's general gameplay loop is about using his speed more than anything to get in Survivors' way and waste their time in a chase so he can secure hits.
If you're in a race with a cloaked Wraith, and he's using plenty of Windstorms to fly past you, it's a pretty good option to change your course and head for somewhere different, as he's likely gonna slide his sexy butt into the doorway you're about to use and block you there and then. It takes him several seconds to decloak, so there's no way he can catch you by surprise if he's going for the ol' roadblock strat.

You are actually able to prevent a killer from hooking with only 1 survivor bodyblocking. Until he hits you and looses collision for a few seconds, if you are positioned correctly the killer will not be able to hook the survivor they are carrying. I'm not saying they're guaranteed to wiggle off, just that you can force the killer to hit you if they want the hook.

Euhm... it would be extremely easy to remove the collision of the wraith in his stealth mode. It is there on purpose.
There is nothing scummy about the opponent using their power to get a hit, which is their goal.

I played in Hawkins earlier today, as Spooky Myers, and for some reason one Survivor chose to heal a David upstairs in that tiny room where the one upstairs Generator is housed. I creeped up and stepped in the doorway and downed the David being healed. The other couldn't exit the room as I was blocking the door. Once I'd recovered from the attack I hit her too. Once hit she could move through me. :)
This is an example of tactical blocking. Now if they had been the last two Survivors left and I just stood their locking her in the room until she disconnected.... THAT would be worth reporting and a ban.

just as a reminder: abusing the report system by continually reporting things the devs don't take action on is something to be wary about because BHVR has stated it may cause players who do so to lose various priveleges.

Yeah no, you are the minority in this situation. Its intended and appreciated as a killer. Reporting false stuff just prevents real problems from getting fixed. Stop wasting dev time.
