My account has been reset by a bug. But DBD team told me that they would not restore it.

I was 1 rank killer and 2 rank survivor. But on December 7th, due to the bug, the rank was suddenly reset to 5 rank. Furthermore, all levels changed to 1 and items and perks disappeared.

So I submitted my ticket to team, but they told me that they can't compensate for this.
