72 hours is the longest possible ban... And if you got dced again in nearby future, your ban timer will probably rise to 72 hours.

48 hour ban requires you to disconnect alot

every week or so i get diconnected and it keeps getting up so it's quite easy

If you want a refund you need to contact the platform that you purchased the game on as they have their individual refund policies - for example Steams is within 14 days of purchase and less than 2 hours of playtime.
Sadly, the system is not able to tell between someone DC'ing intentionally or by accident due to their internet connection (nor will it ever most probably because of how easy it is to just disconnect the internet from your device).

The croatian provider is a 20 year old scam so no luck getting better connection. So i Will continue playing the game. No other way

The only THINg drva are to blame is the ban systems unable to see disconnected by net and disconnected by user. The best fix is to limit the ban to 2 h to ne most fair to bas connection folks and to punish disconnecters

I disagree, because you're expecting BHVR to change it's rules when you're unwilling to change your end.
Get a better computer/internet.
I play on ps4, my internet is great. I never see this problem.
Quit blaming the devs, and make more money.

After rechecking my comment i do sound a bit pissy to the devs. I play this game for fin and had a bunch of finals so this was the strane that broje the camels back for me. I relize the devs are doing their best so i went put and bought a New router. Iz Works much better and currwntly i have not had a single disconnect. Thanks for helping me
