Bugged Pallet and multiple generator bugs

Problem:

So I have 2 videos, which I have gone out of my way to cut into just the 1 video being 9 seconds long.

1 : Pallet is unvaultable and was previously undroppable for me and my friend until a random dropped it.

2 : Multiple times on different days I have noticed this generator bug where you initially jump on the generator and it triggers the animation of "blowing up" the gen yet I had JUST jumped onto the generator.. also zero sound of it actually "blowing up" only my character grunting.

3 : The 3rd bug I have noticed is unfortunately not recorded BUT I remember the map and are; it was Backwater Swamp (The Pale Rose) and there's a generator to the back right of the Big Boat, when you try to repair it, it is only repairable from the middle and not from the back or front (back or front being where the animation pulls out the drawer and works on cables.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Dwight Fairfield (has happened with my friend playing as Jake and Ash).
• Decisive, Dead Hard, Unbreakable & Iron Will
• 1st map - Rancid Abattoir
• 2nd map - Mother's Dwelling (but I've had it happen on other maps just can't rememeber which ones)
• 3rd map - The Pale Rose

As for frequency of the issue the pallet issue is a first, the gen "blowing up" upon repair is reasonably frequent and the generator on Pale Rose is constantly bugged.
