Has the "3 Man Lobby" bug returned for anybody else?

It's been coming up frequently where we'll wait about 5-10 mins for the fourth and they never show, until I reopen the lobby.
Has it returned for anyone else?

Returned? It never left. Someone gets kicked, probably due to EAC and then the lobby stays glitched out until someone else leaves.
Still constantly experiencing kicks due to EAC when nobody actually does anything bad.1
