New event boosts all killers
Since the new event I double pip almost every game because survivors are busy harvesting plants instead of doing gen or finding ruin. Was this intentional? xP

Most survivors do not give a **** about escaping right now. This doesn't actually "boost" the killers.2

They just have their priorities right, first get the event stuff, then escape if possible.

Killers can play the event as if it doesn't exist and the points and vials come organically. Survivors need to go out of their way unlike every other event.

Correct, I get a lot of games where I play vs 3 survivors only because at least one of them wants to die right at the start (I suppose they collected their serum and want to leave). Not the greatest event game design ...

I will have to derank a few games by DCing on my killer in order to keep at reasonable queue times

Gens? for whats? The cosmetics can not be obtained by repairing generators.

Yeah the implemented goal doesn't encourage you to finish a match, but imagine how mad survivors would have been if they needed to escape to earn the vials. I'm just glad they're trying new ideas and the event wasnt copied & pasted from the last0
