I do not quite understand this Pyramid Head's add on.

Some of this add-ons read "slightly/moderately/considerably increases Rites of Judgement Power duration", and I'm not sure what they do. I understand another three add-ons, which increase Punishment of the Damned's range, increase duration of trail of torment on the ground, and decrease power recharge time. However, what "increase Rites of Judgement Power duration" does?

Those add-ons are Lead Ring, Spearhead and Tablet of Oppressor.

    these Add-ons are increasing the length of time you can carve into the ground before you exhaust your power gauge.
