Does small game work against an idle Victor?

Baso what the title says, does anyone know if it triggers when Victor is idle?

It doesn't. He's not "Killer Traps".

Then it would activate on Hooks as well.

No it shouldn't, because in maps hooks and killer belongings are different I believe.

Victor is a killer, not a belonging.

Well, technically he isn't.
He is more of a Charlotte's Special attack, that's why perks don't work on him.

Maps also track Hooks, so they count as Killer Belongings.
