Could we possibly get a survivor thats related to their killer(no licansned)
Could we get a survior that could possibly mybe be a decendent or relative of one of the killer? For example, i had an idea of a survivor that could be a decendent(grandchild) of the deathslinger. Thoughts?

It’s possible. The closest we have is a killer and a survivor knowing each other I think (Jeff and Legion)
with the Yamaokas however they made their potential for being a killer somehow hereditary.. that could just be a Yamaoka thing though.

As said there is jeff and the legion, but also there is deathslinger and zarina. now here's something that many have speculated but isn't confirmed 100% is that Yui might be related to the Yamaoka blood line tangentially. :)

she is a research reporter that was looking into the institution that the deathslinger was placed in (correctional facility) back in the 1800's it's in her back story if you read it and then look at deathslinger's they are not blood related but she was looking into the person that the deathslinger was.

I think Zarina was doing some investigating on Deathslinger and his gang when she was taken by the Entity. I don't think they're family, though I could be wrong.
You also have Elodie looking for the skull of the Twins' mother for another example of survivors being aware of their killers before being taken.

What they want is an non licensed chapter that has a killer and a survivor to be related, having their lore combined. Could be interesting in world building imo. That's why they said, non licensed, since if it is licensed the lore would be: the entity, and it's all done.
But that's my perspective.

Depends on what timeline BHVR uses. If we get any Halloween (2018) skins in the future, they won't be related, since they aren't related in that timeline.
