So, in the garage area, in the corner edge of the wall beside the two red tool cabinets. There is a means for the survivors to go through walls. In my game there was a hook right on the other side of the wall. And the survivors just stayed inside this broken wall section to avoid being hit.
Tracked them there many times in the game. They would stay there for the majority of the round, and I felt they did it knowing I’d simply eventually let them win. Ridiculous.
