Does his frenzy not increase speed?

No. Currently there is a bug where his frenzy only runs at 115% movement speed, so he is no faster than he is normally.

The bug seems to be mostly fixed for me after the hotfix, I deffinitivilly go faster in frenzy again
The lunge still feels really wonky though

He seems very fast to me:

It feels inconsistent to me. Sometimes the speed feels fine, other times it feels a slow.
His lunge is definitely still wack tho, no idea how it got messed up so bad.
