Rate my build pt 3
I think I have done it and found the best perks for me about that is well versatile.
Dead Hard- To help in chases
Pharmacy- To help me heal myself and others
Visionary- To help find gens to do
Urban Evasion- To help hide and stay hidden
is there anything I should change or is this good?

Visionary should be replaced once you know general generator spots and urban evasion teaches bad habits so I’d take it off personally

With that build, I would replace Visionary with Iron Will. And perhaps Pharmacy with quick and quiet and just bring a medkit and you become a stealth machine.

I like inner strenght more than pharmacy. Pharmacy heals you only one time.
I played with urban evasion at the beginning, but it is not really good bc you shouldnt crouch that much. But when you want to play stealthy, take it. But urban evasion is a better combo with sprintboost then with Dead hard.
You seem to be a beginner and Dead hard is not easy to use. Sprintboost gives you more benefits on a beginner level and it is good for experienced player too.
Visionary is a good starter perk to find gens, but i would prefer Deja vu. It shows you gens and helps against creating a 3gen.
Finding gens is nice, but i think its better to learn where pallets and windows are. Windows of oppurtunity is really useful for beginner.

DH is the best Exhaustion perk IMO, but the timing can be a bit tricky so if you know how to use it well it's your best friend.
Pharmacy is a meme. You'd get more value out of Empathy or even Blood Pact. If you want a perk that'll heal you quick do Inner Strength, or to heal others quick use Autodidact or Desperate Measures.
Visionary is a beginner's perk- as you learn gen locations/spawns you won't ever need it again. Here I would put DS instead- yes its overused, but its still meta and an insurance perk. If you really want a gen perk, Prove Thyself is the best.
Finally, Urban Immersion is becoming more and more useful with every update IMO (doesn't trigger Hag traps, won't make you Tormented on PH trails, doesn't trigger Killer Instinct w/Victor, etc.) and used correctly it can be pretty useful in some chases or loops (quickly and safely loop Huntress, Deathslinger, Plague w/o getting hit via ranged attacks). Definitely not meta but not a bad choice, just know when its appropriate to use it or not and you'll do fine.

I have been using urban evasion and it really helpful. I'm not going to be the useless claudette urban evading in a corner. I know better

Dead Hard is a good help in chases, and it is one of the best perks imo
Pharmacy has one job and does it well. I do not think it is exceptionally helpful in the match, but adding more green medkits to your stockpile is always nice. I prefer appraisal over pharmacy when I am not farming for medkits because it allows me to have a lot more items in one match. And since you only get one heal out of pharmacy, it's rare that you won't get similar value out of Appraisal.
Visionary is simply a bad perk that is only somewhat useful in indoor maps. I highly suggest you use Detective's Hunch instead as that would give you great aura reading for gens, totems, and chests (synergizing with pharmacy in a small way)
Urban Evasion is great to have against a select few killers and decent otherwise. While it's not my cup of tea, it absolutely has its uses if you know how to use it.

Thank you for your suggestions but I'm not a beginner, it may seem like because of my perks. I chose dead hard because im pretty decent in chases and I'm getting better compared to my former self. I hate sprint burst because its not helpful to me as I hate walking more than crouching. I like visionary because it really helps on indoor maps as well as i like seeing the gens near me but when I definitely memorize all of the spawns then I will definitely switch it out. I don't wanna use deja vu because again I'm not a beginner so I know when not to create a 3 gen. I will use your suggestions and switch pharmacy for inner strenght or blood pact.

Unless you are going for the full-on meta builds for survivors I would rate it 3/5 as is.
The only perks that are questionable are pharmacy and visionary.
Pharmacy could be replaced with bond, empathy, kindred, or even plunderers.
Visionary is not great if you can memorize gen locations and it is only decently useful if you are on an indoor map. Visionary could be replaced with better together or some other perk of your choice that helps your team.
Of course, this is all up to how good you are in a chase, and from what you say I assume you are not bad.

Thanks for your suggestions, I might test out appraisal out for pharmacy and see if it makes a bigger impact if not I will probably go with blood pact or inner strenght. I will use see if I find Detectives hunch better but what keeps me a way from it are those rare cases in which I'm not near a generator and I have to take time to find one where Detectives hunch activates when another gen is completed, I would rather just head strenght to thr generator with visionary but again I will test it out.

I'm trying not to take a lot of meta perks which is why I limited myself to just one, dead hard. After everyone else suggesting I think I might switch Pharmacy for something else. I kept visionary because I like the perk in indoor maps and I have not memorized all of the gen spawn locations. Visionary helps with that.

Consider using Deja Vu instead of Visionary. It highlights the 3 gens that are closest to each other, AKA potential 3 gens.
Also, remove urban evasion. You're doing yourself and your team a disservice bc it promotes stealth and rarely it would make any difference.
