Dear Worst Huntress On The Planet
I don't know how you got to rank 17 playing that badly. The only reason you were able to hook me is I got so bored with you camping generators and not actually being able to catch anyone I let you win. Hell, the game dragged on so long and was so pointless because you were so annoyingly bad, one guy disconnected. I'd rather sacrifice myself than deal with that for a second longer. Had you not had the benefit of being in that stupid laboratory where it's nearly impossible to find generators, we'd have stomped your ass in 3 minutes because you had no idea what you are doing. The first person you hooked wasn't even playing they were AFK. Man that was the worst match possibly ever.

This makes you sound bad more than anything. And rank 17 is like pretty much as low as u can go.
A killer was camping a generator? So... go to another?
Im not gonna lie im a little perplexed what ur upset about exactly. If the game went on for so long and they werent getting hooks, no reason you shouldnt have won.

This is an incredibly rude rant.
If you were complaining about someone that had reached purple or red ranks playing this way, I’d understand.
But between rank 20 and yellow, the emblem system is extraordinarily lenient so that the game doesn’t feel so punishing to newbies in the match results screen.
And what you’re describing is essentially to be expected from players that are still obviously very new to the game.
If they’re brown or yellow rank, try to be a bit more understanding on why they’re not playing well.

Thank you for sharing this. So brave. It's time to call out this game's real flaw: New players trying to play Killer who only manage to hook you because you were totally bored and definitely let them.

I am so sorry that the new player bored you with their attempts to learn how to play killer. Obviously they should have used Dead by Daylight's extremely thorough tutorial to learn all the ins and outs of the game like aiming hatchets, looping, predicting survivors' movements, and pressuring gens. How dare they attempt to play before being able to win against survivors with more experience than them! /s
Sorry, but it takes no effort whatsoever to reach rank 17. Given how lenient the emblem system is for ranks 20-17, it's actually difficult not to hit rank 17. But ya know, keep throwing around that attitude, survivor queues are super fast during peak hours so obviously there's an overabundance of killers and chasing new ones away is no biggie.

As a bit of compassion, i’d like to extend an olive branch. This first post doesn’t leave a great first impression, so I’m gonna guess these forums probably don’t seem very welcoming based on the responses, mine included, which I do feel sad about now.
Not really sure what inspired you to post this as your first post. Yeah, there are a lot of posts bashing other players, or survivor vs killer posts, but truth be told most of us are against encouraging a culture like this, especially when it’s clearly about new players.
We want to welcome newer players, just as we’d like to welcome newer forum members.
Just humbly put this down to a mistake, and try to leave a better impression with your posts in the future.

It's a Rank 17 dude, guy is probably on his first day of playing this game.
Come on, like @TheClownIsKing said....it's understandable attitude if this happened in Purple or Red ranks but....dirt brown ranks?
I'm sure as humans, we can act a bit better than this.

You have no right to talk with a name like that buddy. And also the fact you DIDN'T beat her on a short time means you are at her rank as well and don't deserve to speak about her skills. Rank 17 is literally nothing I made that my first hour or 2 of playing this game. It dont make you good to be at that rank and you shouldn't even expect people to be good. But hey if you want a good killer to bully you just ask me or some other people on this forum, becaude for one thing it pisses ALOT of us off when people talk ######### like this to people trying to learn how to play.

Pretty rude just handing out that title without going against me. My crowning huntress achievement is hitting a survivor 50 metres away while aiming at one right in front of me.
But more seriously who cares that your rank 17 opponent is bad? It'd be weirder if they weren't.

I really don't see the need to put a post on the forum attacking another player for not being great at the game - could have been their first match with that killer for all we know.
I also don't see any discussion merit here at all, so will just close this thread right now.
