Power Struggle + SWF is broken OP!
You have literally no counter if survivors go down to a pallet. Their SWF friends are around and can save the guy or they do it themselves.
Combine that with DS and you have no chance to hook the person. It's just stupid that it has zero counterplay and can be activated multiple times in a game.

Yes, this perk combo is busted af in a SWF just like Soul Guard + FTP being busted af in a SWF as well and just like OoO is busted too. They won't nerf it, just get use to being cucked.

Either pick up immediately hoping they dont have time to get In position or bait pick up, you ca only pull it off 1 or 2 times at best but you may be able to get a hit in which will make them a lot more cautious about running in for pallet save

Most hooks have more than one way to access them. When SWFs are around, I don't walk through a pallet. Sure it might take a little longer, but almost every time I've been able to get there. (Yes, I admit, once or twice, they have gotten loose.)

To be fair the CD starts after hitting someone once, so it's unlikely to activate when you actually need it to.
Maybe if you are like Demo or someone and it doesn't count power abilities as a hit? I dunno I never really used it but that cooldown is pretty detrimental to using it as a counter.
(Keep in mind I also think power struggle sucks I've only been hit by it one time ever and I was actively trying to get hit by it pretty much cause I wanted to see it happen)

Just slug them, you don't have to go for hooks to win. They can only use unbreakable once. Ive gone up against a 4 man with the power struggle set up and I managed to kill all of them at 4 gens as Blight, just down one and go for the other one thats nearby, rinse and repeat until you manage to down one that isn't on a pallet or they bleed out.

Yeah, as weak as this is on its own in solo queue, in SWF it is much more powerful. There really is not full-on counter to this one and it is kinda dumb. It's almost like DS where sometimes you just have to assume someone has it and slug them which is bad for you because you don't get a hook state you should have.

to be even more fare, that doesn't mean the cooldown can't be the inverse of on cooldown when hitting the survivor for the first time and downing the second time

Its counterplay is just slug the entire enemy team and make them regret it, or trapper, that works pretty well trap one side of the pallet pick up blocking the other

I think this is a big overreaction. There are counters like many people have described here. Slugging, infections fright, fake picking up a survivor, Hex: Blood Favor.
These changes would completely kill the perk. Be reasonable now.

People have countered it with what was said above, your just refusing to acknowledge them, and your being unreasonable with your nerfs because it would flat out kill the perk and be useless.
Making it one use would be bad since if the killer is quick enough they could move out of the way of the pallet and miss the stun making it useless afterwards, also making it work with 75% wiggle progress would completely make the perk useless. On its own power struggle is garbage and can only be viable if paired with flip Flop. Flip Flop can only go up to a max of 50% wiggle meaning you would have to then wiggle 25% more in order to activate the perk thus destroying its synergy. Even if you get up to 75%, the killer still have to walk through a pallet to work. Your changes are bad.
