So let me get this straight...
"I feel forced to bring DS cause killer tunnels me all the time"
"I feel forced to bring BT cause the killer camps all the time"
"I feel forced to bring unbreakable cause killers slugs all the time"
"Every killer brings undying+ruin, nerf this it has no counter"
Meanwhile, you have up to 5-6 perks and an item that can help you counter it. If this combo is so strong and you see it every game, why are you not doing anything about it? Didn't you guys know perks like distortion, off the record, small game, detective hunch existed or what? If you refuse to adapt to the meta then don't complain, it's that easy

It's not exactly the meta that is the problem it's the survivors you get paired with that don't understand how to deal with it that is. No one will say that though cause it's too easy to complain about perks being used. It is a little dull though playing against the same perk every game the same way it is playing against the same killer.

You act like people don't want a nerf to both sides. Both DS and Undying are problematic perks and should both be nerfed.
Plus, searching for totems makes you a useless teammate, which nobody wants, it's even worse with no perks. GL trying to find and cleanse Ruin Undying in under 3 minutes on maps like Lerys, Swamp, hell even macmillian. Keep in mind that ruin is working in the background while you're searching for the totems, so any gens you had progress on is now at 0 because ruin is a fair perk :)
(Btw, yes I have ran detectives hunch, no it is not effective when your killer is sweating like it's BOTB tournament and is playing spirit or any other good killer)

Before anyone starts a gen, all 4 survivors go find a totem and cleanse it. Killer will see you all cleansing totems, however he cannot get to you all simultaneously. That’s at least 3 totems taken out of the equation, possibly undying and ruin/hex. If every survivor team would do this, killers wouldn’t feel as empowered to combo these perks.
Equipping a map in lobby often is a deterrent, as some killers anticipate their hex’s being cleansed early on and feel inclined to dodge the lobby.
If one survivor takes a rainbow map with a odd stamp and crystal bead, everyone sees the totems for faster cleansing ops.
Survivors (emphasis on Solo) insisting on attempting to work on gens (especially if it’s vs Freddy) w/o removing ruin are risking being chased off gens and losing all that progress. Stop wasting everyone’s time. Beat the killer at their own game.
Before you even work on a gen, tap it to see if it sparks. Keep cleansing hex’s until ruin icon disappears. EVERY SOLO MATCH I play, there are multiple survivors who fail to do this and everyone pays the price.
Undying is fine.
Its the survivors who need to play wiser and take it upon themselves to be the counter to this perk.

If a killer pushes you off a gen your teammates need to be on gens its about teamwork learn how to work together its not about killer perks being open it's on the survivors to be on gens when not in chase simple

But Killer mains have been saying the same thing for a while now about playing against survivors with the same 4 meta perks.

I main killer and i have next to no issue with meta perks when going against survivors. I have more issues when i do play survivor with my team mates acting like potatoes than with what the killer is using.

Undying because the majority of players are survivors and their "fun level" is paramount. I've mentioned it before a killers fun is never taken into account, nor are people new to the role,

Thats fair. And youre right it is boring to play against the same perks everygame when youre killer.

IMO Unbreakable is a more problematic Perk than DS. It is even more situational, but can be a even bigger gamechanger. But I agree, both sides complain about the other side, while running Meta-Perks.
Its not like the Killers who complain about DS or BT are running Meme-Perks.
