Why don’t they have more hexes like NOED?

What I mean is, why aren’t there more hexes that activate dull totems only when certain conditions are met? Hex totems are active from the moment the game begins and are easily spotted. NOED seems the be the only one I can think of that isn’t like that. They should remedy that with future killer perks.

That's a good question, actually. I suppose the question is, what would they activate on?

I've never thought of this before, I really like it!

Something like Huntress' Lullaby or Devour Hope but there's no effect for the first few tokens, then when you get say 3+ you start to get the benefit.

It would also give survivors more incentive to cleanse dull totems, which I feel is sorely lacking right now.

Because NOED is so controversial and the benefits would cause more survivor rage. BHVR has to consider (or at least should) how bith sides interact with a perk. What do killers have to do? They hit survivors and protect gens so do the survivors perform the action?

Then we have the issue of the effect, since it would likely only kick on if the survivors did something, what effect wouldnt be too powerful? Remember gen slowing totems are all considered op or are wrecked too easily.

They should fix totem spawns by letting the killer choose which dull totem to attach hexes to.

The E key isn't used on killer so this would be a good way to make Undying less necessary and buff the lesser used token totems that nobody runs since they get broken instantly.

I don’t know. End game collapse. Repairing the third generator or even more than one generator within a short time frame of another. Or even cleansing more than two totems to make cleansing more of them harder and more dangerous. Plenty of things they could do.
