So, I am not sure where to start with my frustration. I have now sacrifice two groups in the basement for the Tome challenge. Tome 1 - Level 4 - Six Feet Under. This is the second time in one day (which is a pain in the butt to do). What the hell am I doing wrong?

Can someone please help explain why this is not working. The character who I sacrifice two groups was with The Cannibal. Would like to get this task done. If not can the Devs help with this.


Again second time today and getting tired of having to try hard with the damn basement.

    I'M HAVING THE SAME EXACT PLOBLEM!!! DEVS LOOK AND SEE! I've done it 3 whole times and still haven't unlocked anything. Please fix

    Yeah, It's a little annoying. I honestly can careless for the Blood Points. Want the Journal note from the Tome. Can't complete it, if this is the only one causing the deal to be not completed.

    Have the same issue. Did it 6 times yesterday night and today once again.

    I tried main building basement and shack - both no completion. I did it on cannibal and on Trapper.

    I also read that it works if you hook them on all 4 different hooks - did it both in main build and shack and still no completion :/

    The items on the floor should indicate that someone was sacrificed there :D

    On the left hook you can watch the entity consuming the last survivor.

    Nice job! Yeah, either they need to fix it or redo the darn thing. I just want the journal paper!

    Uff - i made some further research and found out that the Tome 5 Level 4 quest "burried undergrounds - hook 8 survivors in the basement (not single trial)" was bugged because the hook event didn't register. They fixed it by replacing the challenge with another one. So I think the issue isn't obvious to the devs so I am afraid that the "six feet under" challenge won't be possible for a few weeks at least.

    That is fine, as long as these goof balls fix it. Right now, need to catch 6 people in bear traps... However the ranks I am at. I am not good enough to do this. I guess I can start working on Tome 2 finally once I finish Tome one final challenge... excluding this one that is.

    I just managed to sacrifice 4 in the basement as well and the Tome challenge didn't complete either. I do hope they manage to see this issue and find a fix...

    Tome 3 Lvl 1 "Buried Underground - Hook 3 Survivors in the Basement" is also bugged. Same issue.

    Texas BBQ achievement for hooking 25 survivors in the basement isn't tracking either.


    Neither is Milk 'n' Cookies achievement.


    Guess basement related things are bugged.

    The Challenge itself isn't impossible. Hard, but not impossible. Just gotta play like a jerk in my eyes. However, doable. Yep, maybe it will be fixed with the next patch. ._. whenever that is

    Territorial Imperative didn't work for me as well. I was trying these broken archives with that perk on trapper, and it just would never alert me to the save. It's possible they got in the basement within the radius, but I think the definition of basements is bugged.

    At the moment, basement challenges & achievements can only be done on Dead Dog Saloon and Silent Hill maps.

    Yeah... That shouldnt be the thing. Should be on all maps >.<
