Ww2 survivors and killers and map
what if I said WHAT IF, we have a ww2 bunker island in a swamp and the killer is japanese soldier who’s come back from the dead and survivors would be american soldier who’s an average joe who’s got some promising related to ww2 perks and a good backstory, same for the japanese soldier killer, who has a tragic backstory and has fox holes or something for lockers which can replace lockers?

I would definitely want that! However, I would prefer if the soldier was a German soldier instead of Japanese because we already have two Japanese killers (Spirit and Oni).

Better idea:
Map: Ground Zero - Hrioshima inspired map with blown out hospitals, shops, small homes, and alleyways.
Killer: The Mutant
Irradiated and mutated creature of nuclear fusion, maybe a sea monster-type killer mutated by the nuclear energy from the blasts (Godzilla-esque backstory)
I can't think of a survivor who wouldn't be what you said already. I was thinking like a crashed American pilot. But usually survivors are separated from the theme of the killer. I'd say have a scientist survivor, say a physicist character who saw no boundaries in their research, willing to do anything or go anywhere for their field.
