Where are the gen repair sounds?

I remember that after with the blight patch and gen revamp they introduced repair sounds for the gens that consisted of wires sparking, pulling levers, and engine starting but it's been a while since I heard the engine sound. Was it removed?

    the sound of me making the engine was like starting a car, it was still cool.

    Specifically the loud engine revving noise was removed, likely because the devs- And everyone else- Found it to be way too loud and obnoxious.

    The engine revving was too loud, constant, and obnoxious. No one is even sure why they added it in the first place since (most) everyone hated it. The game was basically unplayable as Survivor for some of us because of how annoying and distracting it was.
