New Chapter Concept (Licensed): Carrie
Killer: The Sorceress (Carrie White)
Lore: From a young age, Carrie's mother told her she had the devil in her. Growing up, her mother frequently locked her in a prayer closet for "sinning". The older Carrie grew the more her powers began to manifest themselves. A social outcast, Carrie was bullied endlessly by her classmates. This only strengthened her abilities. The final straw came one fateful prom night. Her mother had tried to warn her, but Carrie refused to listen. As she and her date were crowned king and queen of the prom, a bucket of pig's blood was set off drenching them both. The following slaughter would never be forgotten. All Carried remembered was fire and the screams. She remembered bringing the house down and waking up in this strange place. Whatever ruled this place had given her new powers and a new purpose. Finally Carrie would belong.
Power: Fire and Fury: The Sorceress can select a pallet or window to block with fire. If a survivor runs through the fire they are damaged and slowed for 1 second.
Perks: The Sorceress' unique perks: Prayer Closet, Telepathic Influence, and Crushing assist in map pressure and discovering hiding survivors.
Perk 1: Prayer Closet: The closet is not a reward, it is a punishment. See the auras of survivors hiding in lockers are revealed within 8/12/16
Perk 2: Telepathic Influence: The entity can give many abilities to it's servants.When a survivor is hooked a random generator loses 5/10/15% progress. (If generator is below this progress generator is reset to zero) This affect cannot activate on generators in regression but activates on generators with survivors on them)
Perk 3: Crushing: Your abilities weigh down on survivors. When a survivors miss a skill check there is a 30/40/50% chance to lose a health state.
Survivor: Chris Hargensen
Lore: Looking back, maybe being so mean to that freak Carrie was not the best idea. But how could she have known what she was capable of. She remembered that look on her face as she slaughtered them. That girl was a monster. Chris wasn't sure how she got here. She remembered being pulled from the car. Whatever this place was. She was sure that freak was behind her being there. She would make her pay for every second she was here.
Perks: Chris' unique perks Remorseless, Me first, Cruel Joke reflect her selfish and diva-like attitude.
Perk 1: Remorseless: You don't have much sympathy for others. While other survivors are on the hook gain 2/4/6% action speed.
Perk 2: Me first: You prioritize your needs over others. Heal yourself at 15/30/45% faster speed but heal others at a 15/20/25% slower speed and suffer a bloodpoint reduction in altruism points of 50/40/30%
Perk 3: Cruel Jokd: You love that look on their face as they realize they've been fooled. Once every 60 seconds fake as though you were downed by the killer. This will leave a mirage of your body on the ground that goes away when picked up. (This effect only can be triggered while injured and is negated by the exposed status affect)

Again, not for anti-altruism. Carrie is good but Chris, not really. You shouldn’t lose bloodpoints from a perk. Nobody would run it.

I love the idea, but I agree with @BillyBoiMain. An anti-altruism survivor would only encourage the toxic behaviours within the survivor community.

I'd love Carrie in the game! Although I personally would call her The Prom Queen instead of The Sorceress.
