People who play like this, why?
Just had an oni that camped a bill on the hook, downed the other 3, camped their bodies while with his power charged... I was going to go for a save but it obviously didn't work. Then he decided to to wait for the other 2 to bleedout.
Can't this be considered griefing/taking the game hostage? I honestly think it should. I reported it anyway.
Edit: for the ones who are to lazy to read, my issue isn't slugging as a strategy. I also slug as killer. My issue is the killer slugging 2 for 4 minutes (they hadnt been hooked before, so no issue with DS) and nodding.
Where is the line between being scummy and it being considered griefing drawn?

No because survivors will bleed out in 4minutes
They will ignore your report...
They don't even ban cheaters people wallhacking running trough walls etc even with full video proof sent to their support.... But back to topic 4min bleed out and u get to look for hatch after they die or die yourself, he can kill people however he wants

It's still refusing to play the game as normal. Nodding your head for 5 minutes instead of hooking isn't playing the game normally.

Yes it is he's a killer he can play however he wants, he can even let you all go it's not ban able he decides how he wants to play, survivors can either escape or if they that much worse they can bleed out(if the killer decides it), only thing I can think of that would be ban able is blocking 1 person while 3 survivors r dead so he's stuck until killer hits him, moves or one of them dc that's taking the game hostage
edit:obviously has to be a longer video if it isn't u can record him for a minute and say this been going on for 2hours
Edit: changed autocorrect bad to worse and added "(if killer decides it)"

I stopped reading on the first sentence because saying someone bleeding out means they're bad it's just really low effort argument with lack of intelligent reasoning. Could as well just say "just don't die 4head" and it would sound the same.

No, this is not griefing, this is also not reportable - camping, tunneling, slugging etc are not things that should be reported, it wastes the time of the ACM's who go through the reports and takes away the time from genuine reportable game offences.

I stopped reading when u missread I said
"survivors r bad if they're bleeding out"<--------------(This is a quote from YOU)...
But to make it clear, survivors are worse not bad I miswrite that part due to autocorrect, it's up to them and the killer if they bleed out, they could go in separate directions honestly but this isn't about how they played now is it? It's not ban able read the rest of my other comment and u will see an explanation

It's obnoxious, but it's a "strategy" no matter how lame it is. I once had a survivor spam unhook me in the struggle phase before teabagging me and leaving with her swf buddies and I reported her for griefing but I guess survivors can choose not to save me. People can be crummy, all we can do is move on and hope for the best. Good luck in your next matches and I hope they're more fun than this one :)!

So what does it mean in the reports when it says "refusing to play the game". Is nodding for 4 minutes part of the gameplay?

You just said, again, that if people bleedout it means they're bad. And I point to you the same reply I gave you above.

Just a better player :D
Maybe he is weak and don't want to risk ...

I'm pretty sure that would be considered griefing though, since it's sandbagging on purpose isnt it?

That was a quote jesus being christ do I have to spell everything out fine I'm gonna edit it and add quotation marks! Literally sentence after that I wrote worse

How is he risking picking up someone over hooking when he hadnt hooked anyone yet?

Ok let's just close the subject on this and only answer your topic, why do killers slug..
They slug because:
a) they want to
b) they can
c) they feel like they have to
If anyone has any other answers feel free to fill in d) e) etc...

The issue isn't slugging. The issue is slugging for 4 minutes when he could have easily hooked (there was no risk of DS because they hadnt been hooked yet). As far as I know waiting for someone to bleedout for 4 minutes while nodding is not a strategy or normal gameplay.
Make sure if you want to reply again to actually use an argument and not a passive aggressive reply.

Or maybe he didn't want you to pick them up? It doesn't matter if he could have done it differently jesus not everyone plays the same, were not all robots, and passive aggressive reply? If I'm aggressive trust me u gonna know it.. your question has been answered multiple times but u keep asking the same thing... Also u said
"The issue isn't slugging. The issue is slugging for 4 minutes when he could have easily hooked"
Again who cares if someone thinks he should be hooked, he obviously didn't think so, he did it because he wanted to plain and simple...

I would be mad at the teammates instead of the killer. The killer's objective is killing you.
Your objective is doing gens to escape. No one forces your entire team to get slugged near a hooked survivor.
That's not griefing/holding the game hostage either as you bleed out on the floor. It merely takes twice as long as dying on the hook as killing by slugging would be more time-efficient if it only took 2 minutes just like a hook.

How is it not griefing looking at 2 downed survivors nodding for 4 minutes?

Read again.

Is it considered griefing when survivors hang out in the exit and wait until the last second to leave? Same concept, other side.

It is scummy, but where does one draw the line between griefing and scummy? What differs the two?
0 -
Why did the 2 slugged stay near the hook? As a killer i also wouldnt move if i want an easy win. How is this reportable?
