I don't know where to request a refund.
I hate this game. It seemed cool at first, but it didn't take long to realize they were in the process of slowly killing killer.
I want my money back. This game is a scam. Who do I need to call or talk to about this?

Don't buy DLC for a game that gets gifted to you.

The game got gifted to you? That basically removes any chances of you getting a refund anyway.
For the record, the EULA states that Dead By Daylight™ is a live game, and subsequently the developers can make whatever changes they see fit whenever they see fit. Things can change whenever.
Also, people have been saying that BHVR are in the process of killing their own game since the first anniversary of DBD. It's made it 4 and a half.

You got 180 hours of entertainment out of it. No reason for a refund.
Hopefully, you learned to not waste money on cosmetics. You're better off spending it on candy or clothes.

You have to request a refund with the platform you got the game on, but as it is a gift, you most likely you can't get one.
