The Amanda's Letter add-on for The Pig has been Kill Switched due to an issue with incorrect RBT count.

Haddonfield is the gen rush map
You'll rarely have an easy killer match on that map. The biggest issue to me is that all the houses you can go in are strong loops that can be used over and over. The gates are also some of the hardest in the game to patrol, and that's after the gens get done but it's worth mentioning. There's tons of safe pallets, and there's even more when you're a 110% killer. The gens are also quite far apart and hard to pressure. The ones on the top floors and in the basement are extremely hard to pressure because you have to waste time going up and down stairs. The bushes and fences, depending on where they spawn and for how long they go, can be game breaking.
All of this culminates in a very unbalanced map that allows even bad teams to gen rush. That's why many games on Haddonfield end in everyone being slugged, a basement camp, or a face camp because those are the killer's only reliable options.
I don't want to veer off too far, but Tru3 recently posted 2 videos where the gens got done in 4 and 5 minutes. Some of the survivors did not loop well at all, but the gens still flew. Others red rank killer players including myself also have a hard time on the map, no matter how good we play. Bring gen defense if you'd like but it won't matter, because even a 10 second chase, if that's even possible on this map, will not generate enough pressure to slow down the gens; it takes too long to get back to them. And it doesn't take much to loop on Haddonfield anyway, especially when the god window at Myers's house is open or there's a pallet at every driveway loop. Those are safe tiles that the survivor has to make a mistake to get hit at.
So yeah, busted map Haddonfield + M1 = "gg ez".

I believe Haddonfield became the new Ormond. I see an increase in survivors offering, along with the farm maps.

Oh gosh, this is cute. This is like a light for moths (newbies). Haddonfield has always been the survivor's map. It's not the "new Ormond" lolololol. You newbies are cute. Throw in a reference to something "Tru3" said and sniffle soon they'll be growing up so fast

I’m not a newbie. I’m playing for 3 years now with this game. When I said ‘the new Ormond’ I meant survivors prefer to use this map if they want to increase their winning chance. On the other hand you can leave the arrogant\sarcastic tone, it won’t contribute to a sophisticated conversation.

Dude, what is your problem? If you have nothing mature to say than just move on.
It seems to be more coldwind than haddonfield, but I've had some too. I've been getting pulled to coldwind and haddonfield a LOT since the ormond changes. The occasional ormond offering too, but now I look forward to those ones, I like that map it looks pretty and it's fun now.

I like Ormond too, way better than it was. The main building requires some wall breaking to be managable and also for stealth killers that map is bad. What I also observed that Hex totems love to spawn right infront of that rock facing the window...

Haddonfield was always used by Survivors if they want a really favourable Map. This did not change with Ormond being introduced, just that there was another Map which was very survivor-sided (and IMO, Ormond was worse than Haddonfield). So its not a new trend or anything.
@Topic:
Haddonfield is not "the gen rush map", Genrush does not exist. Gens getting done fast is the product of bad map pressure on the Killers side. And this can have different reasons, even reasons which are not in the Killers control. Haddonfield is a really difficult map to get Map Pressure on since Chases can be prolonged by just how the Windows spawn. So a reason why Chases are longer which is out of the Killers control, since he might be better than the Survivors, but they have more (and less fair) things to work with, which prolongs chases aka lowers Map Pressure. And if the Survivors are better than the Killer, he will have a even harder time.
The Pallets are also not the problem, the Windows are the problem. The Pallets on Haddonfield are fine, a little bit less safe Pallets and more unsafe Pallets would be great, but thats it. But you can change the Pallets in that way and the Map would still be horrible, because you cannot really do anything against Windows as a Killer, since they are a ressource which will never go out.
"because even a 10 second chase", nah, if your chases would be that short, you would be able to apply pressure on the Survivors, even on Haddonfield. But it is unlikely to have those short chases on this Map if the Survivor is next to a house with an open window.
BUT I guess that Haddonfield will be one of the sooner Maps to get reworked. They said they wanted to focus on older Realms first, MacMillan and Autohaven are done, I guess Coldwind will be next and Haddonfield is not so far off then.

Macmillan is alright but there is a bit of a snag there, autohaven still needs work.

Ah, as arrogant/sarcastic as you claiming there's "sophisticated" conversations to be had about....Dead By Daylight? LMFAO

Haddonfield does favor Survivors but you can mitigate this simply by writing off the periphery Generators first and keeping a patrol on the central ones, with the anchor being the Myers house. If you do this, you can get a 3-Gen lock in a fairly reliable way.

You can have it’s just question of attitude. We can have different opinion and I am opened to discuss as long as you are civilized

Haddonfield needs a full rework. The visuals are outdated and the houses need balance. Part of the problem was how pre-nerf Balanced Landing allowed true infinites to exist there. Right now a good killer that knows what they're doing will catch someone eventually, the problem is how long it takes.

Haddonfield is definitely one of the most balanced maps in the game, though some killers certainly do struggle in it.
- long but simple loops, extends chases but killers like bubba, huntress and deathslinger will use them against you
- incredibly easy to 3 gen survivors in
- quite possibly the worst basement location for survivors and always guaranteed to be in the same spot
- half of the pallets are safe, half of them are basically deathtraps
- very strong spots for traps

How is it a genrush map? As a survivor you need to put in minimum amount of effort in order to get out. You don't have to genrush, The Great Walls of Haddonfield and unbalanced tiles will give you all the time you need to do gens
