There's a generator that spawns against one of the trees right next to one of the wooden structures that features two side by side lockers on top. The tree takes up one space on the generator leaving the other three sides available. However, only the side opposite the tree is able to be accessed to repair the generator, not the other two sides even though there is nothing blocking them. This is on Steam on PC.

Added pictures on 1/2/2021 when I was able to see the bug again for the second time.

ps4 also, pale rose, 2 out of 3 sides of the gen could not be repaired
