The Chapters for at least a year are already planned. The only thing that might change is the order.
E.g. it is completely possibly that there is still a Candyman-Chapter to be released, but it does not get released because the movie is postponed. (Obviously there is nothing official about it, just my speculation/thoughts)

Is this really a surprise? He's integral to the overall development of all the chapters, isn't he? And we already knew that they plan at least 4 chapters ahead.

I mean he is working in the "balancing department" or whatever that works with balancing. It wouldn't be surprising if he didn't know the chapters after the upcoming chapter. Just because he is a developer doesn't mean he has access to things like that.

Almo is a Game Designer, working on DbD - it's not really up for discussion here on what is upcoming content or not. But it shouldn't come as any surprise to anyone that someone working on the game knows what's happening in the following Chapters.
