Can you provide a source? These seem like great changes, but the wording in the first Killer Updates paragraph makes me suspicious that this is just a fake. Also, the numbers on the ropes/chains are very low already iirc, nerfing them any further would propably bring them to speed limiter tier in terms of power.

It might be a fake... no idea why it showed up on my phone notifications... But hope it's not real, specially after devs supporting noed, I jumped the gun on this one

Weren't they changing fixated and some other perks instead of those ones?
And it's actually weird to imagine that they would change Freddy's lunge hitbox, since basically every killer has the same lunge length

BHVR has stated many times that Freddy has the exact same range as every other killer in the game. The only reason he "lunges farther" is because his weapon and his stature is so short. His swing is the exact same as someone like Leatherface, but his weapon is short and he is short so he looks like he's reaching farther forward to compensate. In real life, it's the exact same swing distance.

That's actually not a nerf to NOED it's a buff because it can be taken out before it happens currently and in that form you could always use it in every game but you just couldnt down someone and straight face camp anymore waiting on the totem to go, it solves the killer not getting to use the perk at all against good survivors and it solves face camping with it in the end game by giving it a timer , seems fair

That would be a very bad use of noed just for one person... Why not use rancor then? If I play with noed I make sure to patrol it and the gates if killer camps 1 person it's a loss for killer but a win for 3 survivors

Surprised Freddy's snares now melt. And NOED gets a countdown & no longer burns? That buffs Undying/Ruin I'd say. If this is the complete list and keys remain unchanged, several Killer Mains are gunna have an anurism...

but that’s not what anyone is talking about. After Freddy lunges, even if you have space between you and his lunge, a hit will register. While with other killers, it would be a miss.

This doesn't fit with previous leaks from reputable sources like DBDLeaks, etc, so I doubt this is real. Especially a day or two after Almo was going around claiming that NOED's exposed status effect is 'earned.'
Also this NOED change would make it even more BS to go against, lol. And straight nerfing DS timer is such a bad way to go.
Also lol at the idea that Windows could counter pallet Freddy. Never gonna happen.

It activates quite often against gen rushing SWF, usually cleared within 15 seconds of hitting someone sometimes not too long after gates power. But usually game ends before all gens are done, either due to keys or cause they got sacrificed sooner

As of right now Id be willing to bet noed is usually cleansed within 120 seconds anyway more often than not even if by chance it does activate against good survivors
