I 100% agree with this list it’s sad how 7 out of the 22 killers have the worst perks in dbd I’m not kidding I think slinger should get his own tier cause his perks are downright awful

I Don't see how ghostface and legions perks are better then demos, which are actually quite decent. Surge is great, mindbreaker has uses after it's buff and cruel minutes can make for some crutch plays. Agree with a fair amount on this list although plague should definitely be top. All three of her perks are very strong.

I'd say blight deserves A tier or higher, just for undying alone.

    Surge literally has 5 requirements

    • Upon downing survivor

    • With a basic attack

    • Gens within 32m

    • That are not previously damaged

    • While surge cooldown isn't active

Get 8% shaved off and damaged..... It's one of these perks that is not just heavily map dependant where you'll get 3 gen damages/down out of it on 1 map compared to 1 gen damage on another. But the reward is just underwhelming.

If you think mindbreaker is "still has its uses" just leave this thread nobody give's a rat's ass about a perk especially designed to counter 1 perk (sprint burst) under a requirement that can be easily countered if the survivor chooses to let go of the gen when they sense the killer coming.

Cruel Limits rewards you for gen completion which is a design i despise, but honestly the reward is still underwhelming, vault blocks? Survivors will often find pallets anyways, it's one of these perks that only suit 1 killer well which in this case is bubba cause he's a pallet shredder.

As for plague I actually quite agree with you, she can be top tier but I wanted to give bubba a huge amount of respect for how much BBQ & Chilli will help anyone with the grind, and is like almost a MUST.

Plague should be the top tier. The fact that dark devotion is her worst perk and it's a really solid perk overall should be enough.

It's funny how as you go down the list, you see the newer killers. It's like they forgot how to make perks.

Why Myers only B Tier? Safe the best for last and Play with your food are exzellent perks. In my opinion at least A Tier, rather S.

Deathslinger should be higher into B tier. Hex: Retribution is pretty good for finding Survivors after totems break. DMS is alright but really shines when paired with Nemesis or Furtive Chase (yes I know its not as good on its own, but if we were judging on that then Blight should be lower). Gearhead isn't great, but it is useful for finding Survivors, and it has some synergy with DMS, PGTW, Ruin, and other gen regression/protection perks. Not bad and for the most part easy to activate perks.

I think you've got Doc 1 tier too low. Monitor and Abuse is way way better than it looks for a multitude of reasons. Yeah his other perks aren't great but you've got Legion up a tier and he's only got 1 good perk.

Edit: Also Surge did get a change so that it can effect gens that are already regressing. Just thought you'd want to know that.

So Plague should be the only one in S tier since she has 2 meta perks and a third perk that's decently above average. Bubba would be mid A for BBQ and Franklins (BBQ is a meta perk but not actually that amazing at high ranks). Swap Pig and GF. Surveillance is meta, and MYC is a good perk on most killers. Thrilling Tremors is not actually that good, IDK why people love this perk, if they are doing the gen they do the gen. You might know where to go but they will finish the gen, and you can cuck yourself if you run Pop. Furtive/Ears are not good enough to make up for it, his perks are meh at best. Top of C tier prolly. Twins and Wraith I'd argue for C tier. Coupe is actually a nice perk and Oppression goes well with Pop and Surveillance. Shadowborn is a great perk, basically makes it damn near impossible to evade the killer's vision or do cheeky moves, or just ######### hide in plain sight. Bloodhound is a good tracking perk, albeit a bit obsolete in today's meta.

    The rest looks good though.

It's sad every killer (except Blight) starting with Demogorgon until now is in the lowest tier.

I'd say trapper and pig are too low.

Agitation is depending on the map either straight up a top-tier perk, or just a simple time saver. Brutal strength is great for any chasing killer, though kinda trash on killers that aren't bothered much by pallets.

For pig we have make your choice, which is the only expose perk that actually gets you downs before the endgame. Surveillance is just discordance but not garbage. Survivors will be aware of it but can't really do anything about it, and it just becomes more powerful as the match progresses

If the list is for new killers, I’m fine with it, because if you’re new, BBQ helps a lot. Other than that, eh
