I doubt they'll look "different" they'll most likely just be more detailed than the current models

If they ruin Claudettes kind, cute and dorky face, there will be hell to pay. I will riot!

Detailed how? It's hard to know what kind of details they're going to change/add when we've seen the same faces for years.

I'd probably say things such as skin possibly looking more realistic, blemishes on the characters' skin, hair might see some changes again, physics may be added to some cosmetic pieces, etc. That's what I'm expecting at least.

Who knows, really. I'm sure the general designs will stay the same, they'll just improve the graphical fidelity. Maybe add more definition to Wraith's... Lack of face. Make Trapper's design look a little better (at least I hope, I think it looks ridiculous as it is now.) We won't really know.
I imagine the Survivor's will just get better faces. Maybe improve their hair. What I'm mainly wondering is how many characters they'll be updating. What is the cut off for "older" characters? Probably Clown and Kate, as they both look fine. Clown doesn't have eyes, probably to increase spookiness, but he looks fine. Spirit looks great, pretty much all the Survivor's since Kate look great.
I think that Quentin and Freddy may be ignored. I can't say with the other licenses, but I'm pretty sure the Nightmare characters will be ignored. Poor Quentin

All they did with Bill was change the length of his beard. I wouldnt call that a rework

I feel like the new Rift skin for Billy is a teaser for his model rework. I don't have a comparison on me but compare his Pig cosmetic face to his default face; it's a lot shinier and more detailed.

I hope they add better textures, I've noticed a lot of wierd texture lines on doctor's default skin.
But they'll look better than before, which will heavily improve the older killers overall aesthetic.
