This is in reference to this Tweet:
As far as I know Clown was announced to the killer that gets the next rework, and there is no information about Plague.
Did I miss something or is this Tweet just random and has no meaning?

The tweet is just a clarification of Plague's lore. No updates whatsoever.

Maybe it is in reference to the next maps being updated? Maybe the Red Forest maps are next? (Plague's home map).
That is all I can think of.
