So after mori, when do they nerf keys?
2 dead 2 gens up and they have no chance of winning, because they made too much mistakes. Now they find or brought a key and escape through sheer luck?
Where is the fairness?
Why are keys are still in this game?
Nobody cares if the last surv escapes through hatch, you have an equal chance of finding it, but you have no chance against a key, even less if those 2 ppl are swf.
I am sick of always have to fear, somebody escapes through this flawed mechanic, stealing my well deserved win. Why should i then keep on playing without camping / tunneling, if i get ######### over by this mechanic? Last second switches to key or just luck to find one?

Yeah they are on the line, BHVR of course won't tell when like they didn't with moris since if they give us an exact date EVERYONE will start using all of their keys before they are nerfed.

When the queue situation was oppposite and killers had abominable queue times well past 30 minutes the devs didn't nerf killers. They nerfed survivors further. Well they also nerfed killer, but they nerfed survivor more.

Seriously, this is getting old. Just be patient. Moris weren't nerfed in a day, neither will keys be.

probably longer, they still haven't changed keys since the original mori nerfs and honestly I don't think this will change with how mori's were done.

It's been confirmed a change is coming, but they probably won't be telling us when the nerf will happen. They'll just randomly put it in just like the mori nerf. My bet is 6 months from now, but it will be bugged for a couple patches.

That would be my approximate guess too, if keys are in fact getting changes in the future. Till then, we kinda have to endure the insane key spamming. At this rate, there won´t be many keys left anyways, making the nerf almost obsolete, so maybe that´s what they´re hoping for to save ressources.

The one survivor might have carried the whole team, and yet he is going down with them. Would that be fair? No, it wouldnt, but fairness isnt the point at all.
One problem is that with no chance of winning, the past had shown us you will encounter survivor that go nowhere near a gen anymore. Welcome to your 1h+ game.
Also, if one survivor gets tunneled, or dcs, the game can be virtual over (sometimes without any affort from the killer, regular dcs do happen).
If there were no chance for an escape, people could as well just suicide.
Basicly, keys help the game going on, and yes, might turn a loss into a not that big loss (since usually only one or maybe 2 escape, the 3 or 4 man escape are really rare), while an old mori would turn a balanced game into an unbalanced very early.
I really don´t think keys need a nerf at all. (in my opinion, moris weren´t needed for keys, they were for swf, and that needs a nerf)

My guess is the midchapter after Clown's rework. Let's be honest, it would be decidedly out of character for BHVR to nerf one side's overpowered tool and then nerf the other side's overpowered tool soon afterwards. They'll probably make some excuse like "my stats show me that key users actually have a low escape rate therefore keys are fine." or something. Not expecting much.
