So HG can't work with new undying or is just me
The way the said new undying work to me seems like will just transfer the heck you should destroy to another with out destroy it if that how it will work they HG is useless with undying.

It should work fine. Currently, speaking from the experience of watching an already-lit totem as HG is cleansed in the distance, finishing the gen as the timer runs out, and cleansing that so-far unchanged totem only for it to also be HG, the current way it works is that the first totem is broken and shifted to a dull while the second just doesn't change.
This is totally compatable with Undying. Cleanse the HG, it goes off, that totem gets transferred to the Undying totem while the second HG totem doesn't change at all. You just have to hope they cleanse HG before Undying or else Undying really will have done nothing.
Edit: In fact, that's the only scenario in which cleansing Undying first is different to cleansing the Hex it's protecting first

HG requires TWO totems to work. not one.

And if you read what I wrote you would see that there are two totems.

Currently, if you use Haunted Grounds with Undying, Haunted Grounds can go off more than once. What I think will happen in the future is that it won't go off more than once -- the first totem that gets cleanses would be Undying, and then Haunted Grounds would work as normal. So, yeah, I think it would be pointless to run them together, now.

The thing is as the player you don't know what totem is what and undying said that will take the first hit every time that means you will cleanse away the undying and then HG.

Undying effectively takes the first hit every time, and with literally every single other Hex perk in the entire game there is no problem with that description of the perk.
However, that's not technically what's happening. When a different Hex totem is cleansed, it gets transferred to the Undying totem and Undying deactivates, as though it was actually Undying getting cleansed. With Haunted Grounds, the effect should still activate even though the totem just got transferred, so long as the totem that was cleansed was one of the two Haunted Grounds totems. It is the same as with the other trapped Hex perk, Retribution. However, Retribution activates when any Hex totem gets cleansed, so even if they truly do cleanse the Undying totem first you still get the effect of Retribution.
