Uncleansable Totem on Rotten Fields

- Platform: PC
- Description: totem by combine harvester on Rotten Fields was uncleansable (did not receive prompt to cleanse, button to cleanse did nothing)
- Reproduce by: loading into Rotten Fields and attempting to cleanse the totem in that spot
- Has only occurred once for my personally
