Not that I use it but whats the point of urban evasion now?
After the buff to fixated (which u highly appreciate :3 ), is there any use to use urban now. Fixated just seems better all around and is faster. Faster walking seems better than equal crouching to me

What was the point of urban evasion before the fixated buff?

I find it fun since I'm less likely to be found crouching.

- Juking at certain loops that you can't do when not crouching.
- Dodge huntress hatchets/Deathslinger shots, while still keeping loop going.
- Negates stalking, while still keeping loop going.
- Hard counter to hag traps.
- Can help when there are a lot of Pyramid Head torment trails in an area
It can be used for stealth still, but in different situations. I mean against a nurse or killer that needs that line of sight or an aura; when there is no aura it can be helpful- also you make less noise when crouched as well so it can be somewhat helpful against spirit and such. Not a ton but it's there.
Urban evasion was never entirely useless; it just has a pile of niche uses, so as such it's not very good either.

I do this, except without Lightweight. :D

Urban is great vs Huntress and Slinger. Thats all.
I just use Urban, Fixate, Sprint burst, Tenacity. The fastest man alive

This is the Speed Demon build

The real question:
What's the point of Urban Evasion after the locomotion update?

I've been trying to bring a friend back to the game. He stopped 2 years ago and still had urban evasion ninja claudette.
Surprisingly this was quite effective.

It lets you stealth around areas that Fixated doesn't, namely small junk tiles and low walls and even generators.

Urban Evasion is great for disengaging the Killer after a loop which in my opinion is always better than running to another loop since once you disengage he has to find someone again and start the chase from scratch against someone with Exhaustion perk ready, then get looped until pallet/tile is exhausted etc. Disengaging after a succesful loop wastes more time than running to another loop since you send him to square 1.

IMO it is preference. Do you want to be a little bit faster, Fixated is better. If you dont care for that extra speed, you can use Urban Evasion to be a little bit more stealthy (and to have a Perk against Hag and Pyramid Head).
Personally, if I would want to use one of those Perks, I would go for Urban, since I dont care much about those extra percent of Movement Speed when I can have more stealth instead.
