I've been robbed
I just bought head on in the shrine and got 150k bp. I don't have head-on, and now I don't have shards :(

really? you don't have it? you mean you don't have it on your character? doesn't matter as long as it's been unlocked you get the blood points from the shrine instead of unlocking it to randomly appearing in future blood webs on any survivor. and I intentionally ignored the trolling of this post :P

No like, I don't have the perk at all, it won't show up on feng, who has all other perks unlocked.

The shrine only unlocks it in your bloodweb. Depending on how many characters you own and teachable perks you have already unlocked it could be months before it appears on the web and you get to use it on the survivor you want. Sorry.

do you not have jane? I'm curious if you actually have it and don't realize it. i've seen many veteran players overlook a perk they are looking for several times. but i'd suggest that you contact the devs via the bug report forum with pictures so they can see what you're talking about (great to use that feng you mention) either or (I recomend the ticket with the pictures of feng's perk inventory) the ticket system.

Double check if you actually got head on and not a different perk. If not sorry to say, but they don't refund shards. You can try submitting a ticket, but the most you'll get from them is just some bp and an aplogy

You didn't unlock it in the Bloodweb yet.
You gotta keep grinding out that web.

I've gone threw the blood web twice, and like I said, I got 150k bp as if I already owned the perk

Next time just save up 9,000 shards for the character. I’ve never understood the draw for the shrine. Why wouldn’t you want all the characters, or at least the ones that you don’t have to pay real money for?

looks like there is a bug, unless you haven't gotten a new blood web yet, if so you have to clear the old blood web before it will appear. if you have then submit a bug report. you have the proof that it was purchased this period and a clear blood web of perks so there may be an issue unless you have not cleared the blood web that was there before purchasing it as it will not just appear till you get the blood web.
I once could not understand why I was getting no more perks on my trapper, turns out i had yet to unlock any other perks at that point. :) so i've made a few mistakes, and why i ask questions to be sure that the whole information is obtained. Thanks for letting us see so we could help better!

Because I'm not gonna play them, and I dont want their perks? Why would I waste shards on that

shards aren’t exactly a hard thing to accumulate. What are you going to use them for? Skins? Now that is more of a waste to me than using them to get characters, and obviously you do want their perks or at least some of them. Otherwise you wouldn’t be using the shrine.

It sounds like you already had the perk unlocked from a previous shrine.
Character select -> press right D-pad -> scroll to Jane. Is Head On checked or locked?

If the perk you want is in the bloodweb, why bother buying the character with 9000 shards when I can just spend 2000 to get the perk I want already unlocked without the need to grind that character to level 40 (around a million bloodpoints worth of extra grinding)?

It costs 3,000 to unlock a perk from the shrine, and you’re going to have to grind out the bloodweb to get it onto the character you want anyways. Besides, I don’t understand why you wouldn’t want to try to earn all of the adept trophies. Don’t you like this game? Why are you so stuck on playing the same character(s) all of time? How boring. Don’t you ever want to challenge yourself?
Aside from that, solidarity and poised are both decent underrated perks. Jane is worth getting.

It costs 2000 or 2700. So actually you save 3000 if you happen to buy all the perks. But of course it depends on the shrine.
