Losing Trappers red add-ons after every match
Is it normal, even when I do well with Trapper to lose the bloody coil add-on? I played a few games with him tonight and kept losing the add-on even if I 4k with 28K and get Ruthless. Yet, when I do well with The Doctor, I get to keep the red add-ons when I do well with him. what gives?

You always lose addons as killer so you are just burning addons that you have.
The only way that you don't use addons is if you use the black ward offering.

You always lose addons when you enter a trail as killer. If you still have copies of the addon used, they'll still be equipped for the next trial. For some reason, Trapper has to re-equip his addons after each trial even if he has more commons of the addons he used.

So basically, the game has been re-equipping my red add-ons for me on my Doctor, letting me think that I'm still using the original ones? Oh wow, I never noticed.

Yeah the game does this sometimes. If you’re not careful you can burn through things you don’t want to.

I used to think the same as you when I equipped Purple key, after use or death, the key still in loadout, made me think the game is bugged and I use all the keys in a few days

It's not bait. I don't play that much of the killer role to really notice. As survivor, I never take anything into the match since I run plunderers.

That's weird though, my addons on GF always stay with me 🤔🤔🤔 my inventory will blow up soon.

Normal, but at the end of the day you should try to get better without relying on an ultra rare add on all the time. Trapper bag and Decreased setting time addons are always a good choice. That way you’re saving more bp in the long run and honestly going to win more game.

The game always re-equips - except for Trapper, which is a Bug.

it's normal to loose all add-ons unless you bring a black ward no matter the color/rarity. just like survivors loose their add ons.

Can't happen unless offerings, addons will re equip by themselves, when you ran out they won't re equip, you might have a lot of addons and that is why you don't think you are losing them.

Ik how it works, but I don't bring any offerings for this nor do I have duplicates of the addons. Weird.
