Are infinite totems fixed on PTB?

What exactly do you mean with infinite totems?
they reworked Hex:Undying: a cleansed Hex totem doesn’t reactivate on a dull totem but only on the Undying totem. Undying gets deactivated then. So this can only get done once per match. But Hex totems wont lose any stacks in the progress.

I'm talking about the totems which can't be cleansed and which are reported on a daily basis.

Ah okay. Well can’t talk about any specific totems since I didn’t encounter any in current live version.
but judging by the last chapters/mid chapters, yeah they are fixing known uncleansable totems.
