Near death experience
Says get downed once and escape. Tried it with dozens of different perk combos mult maps and survivors. From getting hooked exactly 1 time to never getting downed then waiting in exit gate to get knocked down by killer and crawl to safety. No progress when this happens

Yep, same here on PS5.
In it's bugged state, you can only get progress if you're the only survivor to be downed once in the entire game. Very annoying as it's the last trophy for me.

I've seen old posts about thus one from over ayears ago apparently devs don't bother fixing bugs notnsure why the community bothers to report them

I wish they acknowledged this one. I was a little disappointed that they are fixing two achievements in the new patch that still work to some extent but won't fix one that is very clearly broken.

I think this is occurred because you're in dying state when you leave the match.

No I wasn't in dieing state I healed before escaping. Also not sure if this is a bug but during match some survivor icons would get brighter
