My one tip- at 2:48 you decided to loop around the wall instead of vaulting the window. I'm pretty sure you had time to do a fast vault, which would have been safer. Might be tricky to do with console (IDK, I'm a PC player) but it would've gotten you to the pallet in time. Other than that, pretty good gameplay! This is what I would expect from a Purple-Red rank Survivor in solo queue.

At 2:59 it is important to note that you can actually fast vault that in these jungle gyms. You have to do what you probably did there unintentionally which is touch the wall and then vault the window when you run at the window and get as close as possible without stopping. Very simple and easy once you do it a few times.
Be more aware of where the killer is at all times, it seemed that you were unaware during the middle of the match where he was even though you could see him through the windows.
Learn window and pallet locations, that way you won't need to run windows of opportunity. It is really easy actually.
I suggest not running botany knowledge unless you are going to be heal oriented during a match. The medkit you brought would have healed you 3 times if you didn't miss a skill check on its own. With botany, you probably would have gotten maybe a 4th heal if you hit a great skill ckec, but still, I wouldn't suggest you run that.
I know you are on console, but if you can I would suggest looping around objects more smoothly.
In the end, it seemed like you were moving a bit too slow and hiding behind objects when you didn't really need to. In fact, it would have been better out in the open to save just a little bit of time. You want to hide when you really need to, for example, if you are on death hook and injured.
That is pretty much it as far as I could tell.

Nah, Botany Knowledge increases healing speed, not efficiency. 3 heals, maybe 4 if he got lots of great skill checks.
I agree with the comment on Windows, its a beginners perk that an experienced Survivor doesn't really need once they learn how jungle gyms and pallets spawn. Its better to run Desperate Measures, since it doesn't just do healing but affects all altruistic actions (healing, unhooking, etc.).
Spine Chill came in clutch against a Mikey, but once you're more aware it'll become less and less needed.

I'd go to storehouse window behind you instead of l-t wall during the first chase. You couldve gone to the other jungle gym after Myers started to break pallet. When you got to jungle gym you could've gone for a fast vault through the window from the outside You had a medkit with 4 heals but you didn't heal until the very end. Don't know why since you didn't have any perks that would help you while injured, Myers didn't stalk enough for infinite tier 3. Some of the turns you took were too wide.

Uh botany does do both? Did they change it in the PTB?

At the start, 3 of you are on a gen. It's not necessarily bad since you have Prove, but there are some problems with that. You don't have intel on the killer yet and it doesn't allow you to pressure the map as survivors. Once Myers patrols to you, the gen still doesn't get done in spite of 3 people and Prove, plus he gets out of Tier 1 quickly. Prove is best used on critical gens for spacing purposes or mid to late game.
It's good that you immediately hopped on a different gen as soon as Myers pressured you off the first one.
The L/T wall sequence was perfect until the vault. Just have to be a little more patient there. Good pathing after the hit to the main building window.
Tiny optimization you can make in situations like the relatively safe tile you're crouched at around the 2:10 mark: start healing. You have a medkit, Botany, and Spinechill. There's a solid chance of getting that heal off if you start healing immediately when you get there. Again, once you get the stun there, if you still had healing to do, you have time to finish it while he's stunned. Then you can make distance on the pallet break.
You got a bit unlucky with the tile spacing before the down. It looks like you maybe had time to make the pallet, but it would have been very close. An exhaustion perk like Dead Hard gets you there. One other thing you can do is strafe that window really tight to try and bait out a swing as a last resort.
You got right back on a gen and didn't heal since he was in Tier 3. Very good.
Very minor thing, but you entered shack from the front. You wouldn't have the window as an option in that case if he was relatively close. Or it would at least be very risky while injured.
Handled NOED correctly by leaving immediately.
Overall, it seems like you're efficient on gens and have solid pathing. I'd maybe consider slotting an exhaustion instead of Windows.

so right off the bat
perks:
why do you have windows if you dont have lithe? seems pretty wasteful
prove thyself is a pretty weak perk in general i don't know what you have unlocked but i'd still be willing to wager you have better perks unlocked
2:47 while running to the next loop you could've swung to the side to deny sight/stalk but it doesnt look like the myers even tried it so it doesnt really matter because he didnt capitalize on that mistake
7:00 you could've gotten the heal about 2 minutes earlier with all the time you had but you didnt know myers was going to stop chasing then or that ur teammates were about to pop the last 2 gens but you definitely could've made more progress during your downtime
end game: it was smart to go for the 99 instead of the save but he didnt force you to open or leave noed is scary but its not a reason to leave 3 healthy teammates for dead. you shouldn't have left otherwise the rest of the gameplay is pretty solid

I'd say overall you've played well. The majority of the time you stayed aware of the killer's location in a chase and adjusted your movements accordingly. The main things to focus on would be trying to keep track of the killer and their red stain (at 1:52, it would have been more beneficial to fake the window you vaulted because the killer went back around the wall to the side where you vaulted to - this was indicated by the sudden disappearance of their red stain) and, when possible, staying in the match to try and find the NOED totem so your teammate could be saved, as you were not in any immediate danger.
Other things that could help you improve is running an exhaustion perk to help in chases. Along with this, Windows of Opportunity and Spine Chill tend to be a waste of a perk slot as over time you will learn the placement of windows and pallets, and predict where a killer is likely to come from and when. However, Spine Chill and Resilience work well together, as they allow you to vault windows faster, so I'd recommend that combination if you want to keep running Spine Chill and give it even more use. I'd say it is a lot more beneficial to switch out Windows of Opportunity for Resilience.

Yeah you're right :p I haven't used it in forever lol

You ran straight for a gen as soon as the game started. That immediately puts you above 99% of other survivors.
