What one perk do you really enjoy using?
I'm not talking about perks for a meta build, or to counter what you may consider 'against the rulebook' type perks, unless you just like the idea behind the perk itself. Just that one perk that feels fun to use, that reminds you that you're actually playing a game, and not just a sweat fest.
For me, it's Lightborn. Those extra few seconds where survivors are trying to blind, before it clicks that it isn't working, always makes me giggle. More so if they keep trying, either at another pallet, or backpedaling away from me as if I can't see them. I'll sometimes even let the flashlight user go, just because it's amusing to actually be able to use the perk for once.
Wish there were more perks like it out there.

Ever since I got it in the Shrine of Secrets, I always use Detective's Hunch. It just gives you that added boost of map awareness which for me, is a game changer.
It just gets rid of that boring headless chicken run I do when search for a gen to get fixed. Lol.

Barbecue and chili for those sweet extra bp. Some nights I go only with that.

Head on sure is fun to use, after the killer spends 10s looking around where I went and then BAM! Though I often get grabbed from lockers.

Agitation! I love when a survivor team uses petrified oak and start trying to run me into deadzones, I can get to a nearby hook easily, but it can also be the difference between those extra 10 metres to the basement hooks, i almsot always run it base kit now unless I'm going for something niche/specific

K I N D R E D
My absolute favourite Perk in this game. It does not cure frustration with solo but instead of 2 solo games I can now play at least 4 or 5.

I Love OoO tbh. It's funny to see how much people DC in the Beginning of a Match.

Discordance. I just can't get away from this perk. Provides a lot of early game pressure, as well is strong late game.

At the moment WGLF. Really like its 100% healing speed for dying survivors and I feel bad not using it knowing how much BP I'm missing out on.
Also helps me feel better about not playing so well and dying because I'm probably getting lots of points regardless. If I unhook a survivor endgame instead of escaping and I die, ah well I missed out on 5k escape points. But I'll probably gain 2 tokens, so earn more BP anyway.

We’ll Make It
Jus can’t beat that speedy heal

Detectives Hunch I love getting all the totems and using the info to avoid a three gen.

Flip Flop happens to be one of my favorites with Slippery Meat. Flip Flop saves my hand some pain if it works and when it works, it has saved me quite a few times.

Shadowborn. I personally find it very useful to have my eyes extended so I can see everything around me.

I really enjoy Tenacity, in terms of just a fun perk to use overall. It’s so much fun to be able to crawl around the map faster, and while healing.

Overcharge. I love kicking a gen faking the leave just to have them fail the check then go for another kick and a hook

I love Iron Will. And for a while I really didn't understand why so many people ran it, what's so good about no groaning? But running this along with Quick and Quiet is so much fun for literally disappearing in the middle of a chase, and then using Head On when they finally realise the locker that's nearby

Bond. The information it gives saves lives including my own.

Alert. It lets me know where the killer is and has saved me countless amount of times from running straight into the killer.

I enjoy using NOED to surprise survivors in the end game and head on to stun the killer.

I like minigame perks with high ceilings - Aftercare and Autodidact are two good examples.

Agitation is fun to hit cocky survivors.
Also part of the windmill build: Agitation + Iron Grasp + Mad Grit

for survivor, head on- fun perk to use
for killer, shadowborne- its an awful perk but the fov feels amazing

I always say Leader in these posts because I feel like it's such a great perk that's underrated, but for the sake of changing it up, I'll mention Visionary.
I love being able to see gens especially on maps where they're a bit tough to locate like Midwich/The Game/Treatment Center.

Bond (plus Open Handed)
I feel very naked whenever I forgo Bond because it just tells me so much all the time, even when I DON’T see some survivors auras.

I almost exclusively stick to Bond, Leader, Open Handed, and Visionary these days.
I want to always know where objectives are, know exactly what else is going on in my area, be healed quickly, or heal others quick (if a team mate helps), follow someone to a powered exit gate switch so they can open the gate faster.
I just find it to be the most universally useful solo build that helps be a really good teammate.

For killer I love lullaby even if it is massacred before it gets a stack.
For survivor I love technician since I am not great at hitting greats so the muffled explosion is nice.
2 -
Spine Chill. I honestly feel naked without it.

I have to go Leader and self care for Survivor and for Killer is BBQ & Chili and Devour soap

Coup the grace, its extremely fun when it works.

I love Brutal Strength when I run it. I just hate being animation locked. Any perk that eases the screaming pain of being locked inside of a lumbering half-blind and deaf refridgerator is a good perk.

Autodidact - SPEEB HEAL,, when you get skillchecks-

Well I got 2. Both exhaustion perks. I can't really pick one over the other cause I've made some really awesome plays with both.
Head on & Balanced Landing. Head On b/c like someone said, you just pop out on the killer and BAM! I'm gone again! Haha.
Balanced Landing just b/c I actually have to incorporate it with the environment, usually have to know your path before you start and it just feels really rewarding when a killer thinks he has you in a building 2nd floor and you're just like NOPE! See ya! Also baiting a killer to come for you on a 2nd floor, falling down and rushing over to the survivor on hook, saving them before killer can catch up feels awesome too.
If I had to actually pick between these 2, probably Head On.

Infectious Fright
I cannot stop using this perk the information I get is too good

Ace in the hole. I love to hoard items and add-ons and i almost got 100 of each type. Thanks to marauder and aith you're never using items from your stash

Autodidact, is not super great but is the best counter there is to slowdown heal builds and heavy slugging, even on regular plays I usually get decent use of it.
I remember once I played against a random streamer using Sloppy Butcher+old Tanathophobia with a lot of emphasis on slugging, after we finished the match and saw his name I went to check the stream and watch the replay, the guy was ranting on "How fast the Survivors are healing, come on this is obvious cheats, we did a pretty good job so far BHVR broken game full of hackers, LOOK LOOK, THAT ONE GOT UP IN SECONDS!! AND NOW IS FULL HEALED!! PFFFF blahblahblah", he didnt figure Autodidact was in full force, not even when he saw our perks in post game chat.

Insidious. It allows for some amazing plays with Hag and her teleporting and fake teleporting. Everyone gives it shade but it can be more than a camping perk on her.

Devour hope

I like red herring; but it's terribly map specific.
Making someone go alllll the way up main building in coldwind for example can be very useful.

i've been playing since jan 2018...I just started using shadowborn less than 2 weeks ago...
Why did I never use this before...
0 -
Because you will turn into a 3 perk killer

Iron will! I just love playing stealthy mid chase!

STBFL on Demo, not only is it amazing when you get 8 stacks but it encourages practicing Shred, anything that encourages using a killer's full kit is a objectively good thing

Fire up, doing everything faster is so satisfying even though I know it doesn't mean much.
