Honestly, Myers add-ons under very rare are just quality of life, the only huge differences are the tombstone pieces and such

Blight, Nurse, Huntress, Oni

Oni does great without add-ons. With the exception of the two iris, most are just fine-tuning the basic aspects of his power, and often not in like, a super noticeable way. As long as I've got Sloppy Butcher and Infectious, I'm good.

do the math, all survivors have to do is run straight and you cant do anything xddd cooldown addons allow you to blink almost instantly after the fatigue

Freddy, Huntress, Spirit, Ghost Face, and The Shape aren't really dependant of their add-ons.
Can't say the same for any other killers.
