Killer tier list based on how much I despise playing against them
Instead of talking about how much I hate one specific killer, how about I make a tier list of killers and give a quick summary of each one?
Funnily enough this MY OPINION. if you disagree, that's really cool but you don't have to shut me down and call me a rank 21 because of that, because that's not nice.
(S tier is most hated, so F tier is good.)
Also, if you play more hated killers, this is purely based on their kit. Just because you play killers I hate playing against doesn't mean I hate you too. So please don't take anything here personally.
With that out of the way, here's my list.
SS Tier
I get facecamped by every Hillbilly I run into. He's mostly here because of that, but he's probably D or C tier in terms of pure kit.
Hag is hag. She's fun to play against in moderation, but once you run into at least 2 of good Hags in one day you start to question why you play Dead By Daylight.
S tier
I dislike all of these for the reasons everybody else dislikes them. Everyone knows why Freddy, Spirit, Slinger, and Phead are hated. I think Phead and Slinger are the least annoying of this bunch, but that's only because I typically do well against them.
A Tier
I only find Doc annoying because EVERY TIME I get shocked by a static blast from halfway across the map Doc is behind me .0005 seconds later. Does Doc have a teleportation ability or something?
Legion is just boring, not much else to it.
I only don't like Ghostface because I am very blind
B tier
When It's a bad Nurse, I barely notice that there is in fact a killer in the trial. When It's a good Nurse, I respect them too much to be mad.
I'm honestly more mad at the game than Plague because every time I bring a medkit the game will do anything and everything to ensure I get put into a match with one.
Blight is in B because his name starts with the same letter that the tier is. I literally don't play against enough Blights to rank him properly.
C tier
Bubba is mostly fine in my opinion, but the only reason he's in C tier is just that he is super good at camping, which makes me mad because sure, being facecamped is boring, but it's also a very unhealthy playstyle to default to and I'm worried about newer players that decide to main him.
The only bad thing about Trapper is when you get caught in the most discreet, random corner of the map.
Oni's actually very fun to play against except for the fact that you are pretty much guaranteed to be slugged. That's not a reason to hate him, after all he pretty much has to slug or blood fury goes bye bye. So obviously I see why Onis slug and I don't get mad about it when it happens. Doesn't change the fact that worming around isn't exactly a blast.
When I'm just playing for fun, Michael is great! But when I'm trying to keep my rank or get to a higher one, a Michael match in solo queue can be kind of a bum. SWFs destroy him, but when I'm sweating in solo he's not a face I want to see.
The second I let my guard down a Hatchet descends from the heavens and finds itself nicely placed in the back of my head. Probably confirmation bias, but it feels like it happens every game and that's why Huntress is here.
Victor is usually easy to stomp, but when you get a really good Twins player it's an absolute nightmare.
D tier
Wraith is really only where he is because of two things: the first being that he doesn't have any annoying attributes (other than facecamping) but if you have an SWF he causes no problems. The second is how unpredictable he is. You might argue that by this logic I'd think Spirit is good as well, but unlike Wraith, Spirit is a chase killer. That's a whole different ballpark.
I like Clown because similar to Doctor, he's trapped in the realm of a malevolent soul eating dimension, but still finds his work absolutely hilarious. Anyway, he's cool because I can get away with doing gens and hitting skill checks, the one thing I'm good at in this game.
Piggy is fun because having a trap on makes the game more exciting. Survivor is kinda boring and Pig helps it not be that way, one trap at a time.
F tier
The best of the best is Demo. Not only because of his character, but also because when he starts to shred things get a lot more interesting. Pulling off a dodge on the shred is really satisfying and rewarding, but Demo landing the shred will be incredibly rewarding for them. It's the classic western standoff. I also like how his position on the map is unpredictable because of the portals. It keeps you on your toes. He's a mix of the short term excitement that Piggy provides, and the unpredictable nature of Wraith, although the latter is very limited. It's still there and that's the important thing.

But if S tier is the most hated, then SS must be...
I...Idk, i wanted to do a joke here, but i got nothin'.
Please elaborate on your 2nd argument for Wraith, i understand you like his unpredictability, but where's the reason for that?
I always play him, so i like hearing what my next victims think of him. 😋

I f—king hate playing against Trapper. I always get trap PTSD the rest of the day. But Hag makes a lot of sense too since hooks are basically auto win traps for her.

Y'know how I said Pig traps make the game more exciting? Same thing with Wraith being unpredictable. The thought that he could be absolutely anywhere without you knowing is very exciting in my opinion, and I'm so excited for his buff that's just going to improve on that.
We could be looking at a future F tier, where F stands for fun!

I refuse to believe you get face camped by every hillbilly you run into.

I hate Freddy more than others because they type of players his character attracts all usually tunnel. I also hate him because I hate the dreamworld and from how often I see him.
As far as other killers go, it's not so much that I hate them, it's just I am a casual player that plays for fun and am okay with dying, so I just hate being put up against sweatlords who tryhard from the start. But the same goes for when I play killer and get put up against sweaty survivors.
I actually like facing a variety of killers, it's a nice change of pace from seeing Freddy, Freddy, Spirit, Freddy, Billy, Billy, token Clown, over and over. I wish more people played as Demodoggy and Doctor.

You'd be surprised

Well great, nice to see someone on the other side looking forward to him getting some more.

Love love love going up against the Demogorgon.
My hated killers are Oni, PH, hag, and Stridit (spirit woth stridor, regular spirit is difficult but at least a little fair).
I've learned to enjoy Billy as long as they don't have two down. Then it's just a ping pong to each hook, down, and rehook until the game is over.

I hate vs a spirit, always stridor on them and a hag, more because of her playstyle of proxy camping, not blaming them actually, more to do with killer design.
I love versing the shape, only killer that can still make me jump after 2k hours, with best chase music to date imo.

I'd say that Micheal is the most fun killer to play against. He is probably the only killer that makes that game scary. The only thing that can ruin the fun is if he brings tombstone piece or tuft of hair.

I made one of these a while ago. Twins would probably be "annoying but ok" tier.
Clown is there because his powder thingy makes me dizzy and confused. There are powerful killers that I find annoying (Spirit, Freddy, Hag) and powerful killers that I find ok and even fun to play against (Nurse, Billy, Blight) so fun is not only determined by how powerful a killer is okie.
Pig would probably be more fun to face if my teammates didn't turn into panicking potatoes the moment she gives them a hat.

probably not literally facecamped, but myself and surprisingly especially the costumed ones I tend to be proximity camped frequently, to where they often won't leave max kindred range for longer than a split second or two. started trying to free myself and when unsuccessful not struggling when being camped like that since there's no point when I could be killing off another couple minutes into a queue instead of sitting there. idgaf about the strangers on the gens that probably couldn't care any less about myself either. 2020 taught me most people are not very bright and the rest don't care about me and might even laugh when I die, so, I'm not obliged to anybody on or offline is the straight answer if asked why.

lmao same. Encounter 1 trapper and by reflex I'm constantly on edge for traps even in matches with other killers. Honestly might be my least favorite killer to play against, not because he's strong but just because traps are damn annoying since you have to be constantly on lookout and on edge observing the floor everywhere you go which isn't fun to me.

Why make such a list? you could have sum it up just by saying you dislike playing against strong killers that can win.
0 -
OP, your A tier + Bubba is my SS tier. The rest I don't mind going against.
0 -
Ummm ok I CANNOT believe this tier list. But I dont judge you man. I just love billy and hag isn't too too bad but she is annoying when she has decent traps or add ons.
0 -
You consider Legion strong?
1 -
No, but i consider none of the A and below type especially strong, the one above, i do.

For me it can be easily reduced to two tiers
I hate playing against these killers (SS)
Or
This is actually fun like a game should be (C - F)
There is no inbetween
SS - Spirit (for obvious reasons)
Clown, (sorry TheClownIsKing) as of the past two weeks I have not met a single bad clown, they are all loop denying team wipers! Even throwing the pallet early doesnt help and I rue the day they get their hands on the antidote for good!
Bubba, idk I just find him unfun to play against, no particular reason, just not fun!
C - F - everyone else, I like them all

This is the one time i will accept Demo being at the bottom of any tier list
1 -
Well Oni, Huntress, Nurse, and Bubba are pretty darn good but for the most part I enjoy playing against them
0 -
Switch Oni and Billy and your tier list is solid.
