I get this bug super frequently with Claudette and Meg with the pigtails- only meg has her ponytails but not the rest of her hair.
Though honestly buzz cut claudette's a pretty good look. Meg....less so

Same here, Feng even loses her facemask on the blue haired skin (and she's quite scary like that ngl)

Happens frequently, across many characters...
Not sure if it's just random chance, but it may only work (or break) on certain hair cosmetics.
