Haunted Ground and NOED

I was in a game with where the killer had haunted ground and NOED. I cleansed haunted ground at the same time as NOED. They were cleansed so closely there was only one notification. We got affected by the exposed status from Haunted Ground ended but the NOED exposure never cleared. So we stayed exposed even though there were no lit totems on the map.
This was the first time this has happened.

Very difficult to replicate, try to provide a proof even tho it's pretty hard

Are you absolutely sure you werent just both cleansing haunted groumd at the same time and thats why there was only one notification
