No, it does not. Deliverance's Broken Status effect overrides Second Wind, which means it will last a flat 60 seconds. Since Second Wind takes 20 seconds to fully heal, you'll still be broken by that point, therefor not healing you.

Supposedly, Second Wind will heal you 20 second AFTER you lose broken effect from deliverance.

Y'all might want to make sure the perk text on Second Wind doesn't mislead players into thinking otherwise.

Actually you are incorrect
Second wind de-activates when entering the DYING STATE before activation, DS requires you to enter the DYING STATE

Meant it like: When the killer goes for u, just jump in a locker. He grabs you, DS. He walks away, free Healz. Needs three perk slots tho, so more likely i would go Lithe, Q&Q, Dance with me.

When a killer grabs you, it is considered the dying state.

That depends, if 1-2 gens are left, and I just got hit from a D-strike by someone who actively seems to be trying to get my attention, I'm going to assume that adrenaline is very likely a factor, and I'm likely going to veer off and try to deal with someone else, or go back to patrolling gens.

Im not saying BOTH perks will work after Deliverance, im saying, that you will either make the killer take your ds OR healing up after a certain time. After a DS you have a good amount of time to escape if he's really tunneling you.

You don't get a free heal as Second Wind deactivates the moment you go down.

Just use Decisive Strike + Head On + Second Wind / Inner Strength + Unbreakable and case solved. xD
In case of Second Wind,
If he tunnels you but do not pick you up because of DS, just use Unbreakable and run if you manage to get out his terror radius you will be healed,
If he picks you up, DS and run.
In case of Inner Strength,
If you manage to reach a locker, wait 3 seconds use Head On, and well you chose to go back again for DS or run for your life, if he does not give you 3 sec well he will get DS, and if he waits there because of DS well Inner Strength and Head On will help you.
ah! but if the killer has Iron Maiden well bad luck for you hahaha
and remember if you manage to use that combo, do not think about escaping hahahaha the killer will tunnel you and make sure you get sacrificed.
Well with that build the survivor sacrificed Self Care and other Exhaustion Perks, then is not an Super OP build, so no need to worry Killer Mains, I mean if you hooked him once, you can do it twice.. Even there are many killers that can down you with his/her special ability.

Could you ad a machanic that alows the healing of Second Wind to akivate after your broken satus is gone (beside the one it has it self).?
