Can anybody come up with a good use for the Afterpiece antidote?

Doing the math, using the bottles to speed yourself up to cross the map does save time; even if we assume reloading has you stand completetly still, you still gain 0.2 seconds a bottle. And as mentioned by others, if you use it in the right situation you'll be gaining speed without giving the survivors speed. If you speed yourself up and slow the survivor down, you'll catch up in a much quicker time than was possible before
