"Buried Underground" challene not working

Managed to et to 6/8 survivors hooked in the basement in update 4.4.1

Today I updated to 4.4.2 and hooked 3 survivors on the basement on coldwind farms (can't remember which map specifically) and the challene was active. the meter bar still remained at 6/8.

I don't have screenshots prior to the game but here's the challene still at 6/8

I'm on pc on the latest update 4.4.2

I've paused the challene and selected it again, will update if this works. <3


UPDATE: selected the challenge again and hooked 1 survivor in the basement with plague in Torment Creek, Coldwind Farm, yet the counter is still at 6/8

    I'm on ps4 getting the same glitch was in red forest and again on the plagues map got 6 hooks but no bar increase

    I also cannot get the Buried Underground 5 Survivors version to work. I've tried restarting and switching challenges.

    I thought I just had a glitch, guess I'm not the only one.

    Trapper, laboratory, 6 hooks and 1 sacrifice. 0/3 progress on Tome III Level 1 😔

    Same issue with Tome III - Escalation, hook 3 survivors in the basement. I don't get any progress when hooking survivors in the basement.

    I am happy to report that update 4.5.0 on February 9th has resolved the bug! Time to finish some tomes ~♥

    Apparently it didn't fix the trophy bugs, in particular 'Near Death Experience'.
