Just had a game against a Plague who was downing people in one hit like they're exposed but none of her perks or addons do that. She was running Corrupt Intervention, Bamboozle, Pop goes the Weasel and Brutal Strength with Incensed Ointment and Black Incense. Every person she hit went down in one shot. How did this happen?

No, she didn't go after any of the water basins and was downing with basic attacks

At first I was guessing purple + green infection rate addons but with what she brought it should take at least a couple partially charged pukes.
Unless you have a ticket (and preferably video) the devs do not accept reports, so there's nothing more you can do.
