<🕷> "Play with your food" inconsistency on multiple killers

This is an old perk, and for me it works well only on Myers or Wraith-- you lose the stack when you get a hit. 

Unfortunately, you lose the stacks on Plague when you are using the vile and not hitting survivors or Clown when you miss the bottle throw. 

On Bubba, it consumes PWYF stack each time you consume chainsaw stack, basically, this perk punishes the majority of killers for using their power. 

Can we change PWYF to consume stack only when killer gets a successful hit?

This is a good perk, which may unlock some fun gameplay experience. Unfortunatelly, it cannot be use on the majority of killers.
