PC - Totem spot is unreachable

I was playing on PC and I got the Macmillan Estate map, and during my hunting for totems I saw this totem placement but when I was about to cleanse it I couldn't reach it.

I couldn't attach the video because of the size, so I uploaded it to Streamable.

    same on pc, not sure which map but one with tractor/baler on it the totem spawned in the middle between hay bales and the machine and I too was not able to get the totem cleaning interaction

    I'm on PC and saw a similar issue. The totem placement is not exactly the same as yours but it is also around the tractor and unreachable. I attached a screenshot. I actually noticed this even awhile back like maybe at least a month ago.

    PS4/PS5 and I've encountered quite a few recently.
