I mean, NOED is problematic in its current form. I don't think it's too much to ask for a rework where it's still powerful but not stupidly so / rewarding you for doing quite literally nothing all match.
I don't even use it because of how dirty it feels to use lol I don't think it should ever be nerfed into the dirt but it would be cool if it was reworked in such a way that it wasn't toxic to use it. Kind of like how I wish keys could be used for aura reading without making killers activate their fight or flight.

The point i'm trying to make is killers get a new meta perk that gets nerfed after 4 months, one of the best killers is getting nerfed, and survivors still want more. Maybe we aren't playing the same game here but i really don't know what the survivors on this forum want for killers.

Ruin Undying was an annoying oppressive combo that you didn't have to do much to get value from. I used it myself along with tinkerer and bbq and it was the easier time ever to play killer to the point it made it boring and I took a break.
Freddy does need a nerf to mainly just the passive sleep cause they're isn't any counter to it and it's annoying but outside of that I think he's fine just boring

NOED can definitely be annoying, but if survivors have second-chance perks such as unbreakable, NOED is here to stay as it is literally the exact same thing, second chances. Plus, as many others have said, it gives a separate objective other than gens, which is cleansing totems. Isn't more objectives what this community wants? I know I do.

I think NoEd is perfectly fine. The game needs a catchup mechanic for the killer.

The issue i have with this is, yes, Ruin/Undying a very strong combo. But it's not like it's uncounterable. Detective's hunch, small game and maps all stop it. And yeah sometimes you get unlucky and it stays up for 5 totems, but other games it's gone in 1 minute. But it's already getting nerfed, Freddy is getting nerfed, and the forum is still asking for more nerfs. I want to know what they want killer to look like because i get the idea its little more than a punching bag

Nerfing Freddy isn’t the problem. It’s that the devs don’t know what’s making him OP(which is his Swiss Army knife kit) But are nerfing him anyway. They also think his pallets are stronger than his snares

Do you realize that undying was unhealthy for solo q survivors? I know killers love to assume everyone only plays 4men sweaty SWF, but that's not what statistics show...

Punching bags are apparently what the majority want. Bad time to be a killer, you can't win with them and get them to see we're people.
Next Killer outta be a sandbag whose power is generating self stunning pallets, played by bots.

I had my first match against a Forever Freddy earlier. That was the most agonizingly slow match I've ever had. I'd be 100% fine with them easing up his slowdown add-ons, especially since once he stacks them with the right perks, it basically takes you ten years to do a gen.

I exclusively play Survivor. I do not think NoED should be nerfed.
Forever Freddy doesn't even really exist anymore. Not that I'd be opposed to Freddy nerfs. But he's my least favourite Killer, so I'm biased.

Honestly though, I 50 50 survivor and killer and I've got to say
NOED is ######### stupid
In my opinion it should become a token based obsession perk. For every time you down the obsession you gain a token (up to 4/5, I'm also thinking maybe gaining a token or two changes the obsession to prevent major tunneling), in end game, a token can be used to instantly down someone (tokens are also used on hits against hooked people and injured people) as long as NOED's totem still stands under normal conditions!
This stops it becoming a safety net for killers who want to do nothing and not improve and shows baby killers they actually have to try

Get a map or small game or detectives hunch. A million different counters and once that is done with the killer has half the perks he started with. But who am i kidding, asking survivors to adapt and not run second chance perk the musical as their kit is like asking the sun not to rise

While I agree with your initial point, NOED is unhealthy design and should be changed as well.
Honestly almost all the second chance perks in this game including NOED need nerfs/reworks.

The complaints with finding totems with Undying is nearly identical to finding totems with Noed, with the key difference being Noed doesn't proc until late-end game, so it's understandable if someone complains about Ruin/Undying they would complain about Noed too.

Because you think of us and they. I am a survivor main, and i oppose the undying-change, i understand that freddy gets a nerf but hope it is not too much, and i think noed is fine. It dosnt reward bad killer plays, it punished bad survivor plays.
So, am i one of the survivors you talk about, or not? Well, i give you another answer to your question: What i want for killers is the same that i want for survivors: a fair match. (hint: wont happen for both sides until swf and solo survivors get sepereate queues).

You are doing something all match chasing player's, the entire match,However it shouldn't be so rewarding. But it usually spawns in the open only in door maps give you a challenge which survivor's hate ,I use it rarely,never wanted to get use to it,because,I said to myself one day they gone nerf this #########. lol

If they nerf Undying and Noed all have are those and one strong Freddy
Survivor's will still have
Unbreakable ,Soulgaurd ,Decisive Strike, Sprint Burst,Adrenaline,Inner Strenght,Second Wind,Spine Chill,Dead Hard ,NM,MoM,Deliverance Flip Flop is just some BS,ummm but I guess that's fair right?

Those are the strongest perks ran meta for survivor's, do you want me to list the healing ,exhaustion,perks and the perks that increase the rate's of survivor's healing,repairing speeds.

NOED is fine and it does not reward bad Killers. It is a second chance perk for Killers that get outplayed.
A second chance perk. I would assume Survivors would be EXTREMELY familiar with what those are.

Ok I guess I'll address you're post this combined with flip flop OP imagine someone using this and you're going to a hook but you can't make it because someone body blocked you, on an all 4 out escape that's entirely to clutch, but Noed isn't.
Now can you focus on the other perks which are used?

Alright so Undying gave you other chances on other perks so you need two perks slots minimum for it. What else?

The same way you need 2 perk slots for DS+ UNB, yes. Since if you only have it can be countered.

I am still waiting for the list of killer second chance perks. And yes DS/Unbreak is a two perk combo but there's also 4 survivors that can bring that combo and you don't know when a survivor has you just have to assume. You know when a killer has ruin

Most of those perks are not inherently problematic. Unbreakable is a problem because it gets paired with DS and creates a combination where the Survivor can get up either way and yeah that's not right. DS needs looking at for sure but many of the other perks listed are not even remotely on the same level of bs as DS.
Both sides deserve to have decently strong perks they just shouldn't be powerful to the point that they're broken (And yet DS has existed in its problematic state for as long as it is) and when I hear killer mains list off all these survivor perks that they think should be nerfed I have to laugh because most of them aren't broken they just help counter slugging, camping and tunneling. Oh and then there's the group who thinks exhaustion perks should be nerfed to the point that they're unusable which I don't understand or agree with. Bottom line: survivors have some strong perks that they can work towards collecting and using and imho they're not broken except for DS. Unbreakable could maybe use a small nerf but I'll leave that up to BHVR
Killers have strong perks as well and nobody ever talks about them. I'm sure I'll be told how wrong I am but whatever, here's some incredibly strong killer perks (Imo) that I think are great and don't need nerfed either:
Pop Goes the Weasel
Even with its nerf it's still amazing this perk is nuts
Infectious Fright
Insane snowball perk that is just devastating on certain killers
Save the Best for Last
Literally every M1 killer can benefit from this and it gives you a growing advantage
Corrupt Intervention
Great for setup killers but if you know how to capitalize on its effects you can potentially seize control of the match with early downs; survivors literally go right to the gens that aren't blocked which makes it easy to find them
And I think there's a LOT of Killer perks that could use some buffing or reworking to be better because they're borderline unusable and niche.
Tldr: I'd rather more weak perks get buffed or reworked so that they're more usable on both sides and problem perks be toned down or reworked so they're not silly

Ruin: Nerfed
Undying: Slated to be nerfed
Pop: Nerfed
A lot of the survivors on here always seem to put a very heavy focus on the 1v1. "Well survivors need strong perks too, if killers can have Pop and STBFL shouldn't survivors get DS and Dead Hard?" And while that sounds good it's not looking into the bigger picture
This a 4v1 game. I'm sorry but f you really think that any killer perk is as strong as 4 of any of the bets survivor perk then i really don't think we are playing the same game,
This all be said though i am happy that a lot of the pretty weak/niche perks for survivors are getting buffed like fixated and the pebble. I'll have fun trying them out but i really don't think my killer matches will change at all.
Ruin/Undying is a very strong combo, i won't disagree. But it's not like you can't play around it. Maps, Small game, Detective's hunch, these are all direct counters to Ruin/Undying and i saw them in less that 1% of my games since Ruin/Undying meta. Instead of adapting and sacrificing one perk slot out of 16 to stop this, survivors take to the forums and complain and 4 months later slated for a nerf.
It's because 2nd chance perks for survivors are and will always be the best perks. The longer you can keep a killer off of you as a survivor the more time to can do gens and the easier the game is. So much so that so many survivors have the build basically permanently locked in. There were easy counters to stop this "oppressive" combo but most survivors were so unwilling to even give up one slot. Just one. Out of 16. One perk slot to get rid of two killer perks.
And after all this there are still threads about how NOED should be nerfed or how Franklins demise should be nerfed. Like i'm honestly curious what do survivors want killers to have, is it ever okay for a killer to kill a survivor in their eyes?

Doubt they'd ever make separate queues for solo, as every move the devs make is with not splitting the playerbase up & not punishing anyone always in mind. Besides SWF would never get a match, no matter what bribery is used to induce killers to do so, myself included.
